From the manufacturer
Fenugreek, (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is native to southern Europe and the Mediterranean region. It’s cultivated in central and southeastern Europe, western Asia, India and northern Africa. Fenugreek is commonly ground and used as a spice in some curries. It has a distinctive flavor which has been described as sweet- bitter.
Its English name comes from two Latin words meaning Greek hay.
Fenugreek is one of the oldest medicinal plants referenced in history, since it is mentioned in Ancient Egyptian writings to have been used for many health supporting purposes* as well as in embalming agents.
Fenugreek seed contains iron, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin C, phosphates, flavonoids, saponins and trigonelline, among other constituents. It is used as an appetizer and included in many foods and beverages. The seed also features fiber and protein*. You can find Fenugreek as bulk seeds, capsules, tinctures, and in teas.

That was the good part.
Now the bad. This stuff smells AND tastes awful! What’s worse than “awful” because that just doesn’t seem to suffice.
Do NOT store in an enclosed space like a drawer or cabinet. It will smell up that whole area even if you move it.
Do NOT take with water. Unless you’re into bad tastes. I now put mine in my collagen smoothies and I don’t taste it.
Nobody can help the smell or taste. But I still needed to warn you.
-Helps sooth bloating
-Dissolves bad fats in our system
-Good intestinal cleanser
-Has vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and D
-High in iron
(Read that it is good for breastfeeding, but I'm not using it for that purpose)
I wanted to wait at least a few weeks to do a review on it - I really wanted to test out the bloating theory on it - and it has worked wonders. It keeps my bloating down. I take the Fenugreek pills twice a day (morning and afternoon) and then around 3-4pm I heat up some water and put a few drops of this in it and drink it. It's not the best taste in the world, but it works. I recommend it for people who have bloating problems or are changing into a different health diet.
