Due to interesting circumstances, I recently picked up an overnight job, something I'm not used to. I'm a morning person so working overnight started to make my sleep pattern haywire. I couldn't sleep until 6 in the morning. My oldest brother said to try melatonin, so I gave it a shot. Not disappointed at all. Conks me out roughly 15 minutes after taking it and wake up feeling much better that before. I tend to space out taking it to gradually ease my body back into it's sleeping pattern. So far, no adverse effects or issues to note. If you have trouble sleeping but don't want to take a drug, I recommend this.

If you've read the news, you might have seen that melatonin may be effective in treating and possibly preventing the COVID virus. Do an internet search on melatonin / COVID and you'll see some promising studies on its efficacy in preventing the virus. While more research needs to be done, it's another possible benefit of taking Melatonin.

I've used it for years to help me get to sleep and it seems effective.
I work in a business related to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical disciplines and know that Nature's Bounty is a reputable company in an area where there is a lot of adulteration, misbranding, and misleading or false claims. Nature's Bounty is a company that stands above all of that and their products are just what they claim to be.

Note that melatonin does not work like a "sleeping pill" and it should be taken a few hours before you intend to go to sleep. If taken right before sleep it will be either less effective or perhaps not effective at all.

If you think that melatonin might be a good choice to help you maintain regular sleep habits, or for any other use, I highly recommend this brand.

Does the job, I take 5 each night. I replaced my Trazadone with this. for those of you that want to replace a prescribed sleeping aid with this you can't just stop the sleeping aid you need to wean yourself off of the drug and it could take over a month. I went from 100mgs to 2 weeks of 50 mgs and then 3 weeks of 25 mgs and then 3 weeks of 25 mgs every other day.

I found this very helpful for my insomnia. This is a relatively low cost and natural treatment for my sleeplessness. If this doesn't do the trick I add valerian. This from someone who can take 10mg dose of ambian and stay awake. Melatonin comes in much lower doses but they are not strong enough for me.

I have been taking melatonin for a while to cure insomnia. I have developed "dose tolerance" and needed to up my intake of this medication/supplement. I purchased this product and found that it just did not work. I tested this by taking two pills of 5 mg which worked as needed. I do not believe that the bottle that I got that says that it expires in 6/22 contains the product as specified. Most troubling is that I wrote to the manufacturer and have received no response. At the least, I should have gotten a nominal response from them.

Been taking 1 tablet a night for almost 1 week, sleep good I used to take sleeping pills prescibed by doctor, took them for 25 years. Feel alot sharper, and less brain fog. Going to continue. DR. wanted me to get off my pills, told me I could take 10 mg melatonin a night.
Give it a try, first night had a headache. Think my body missed the sleeping pill, but now I wake up awake and focused. So glad I found these.

The best melatonin ever. We tried others and they did not work. This one is as effective as a sleeping tablet.
My husband used to have trouble sleeping at one point and we use different products which did not seem to work. The thing I like about this product is that it works throughout the entire night so we don’t have a problem of him falling asleep for a few hours and then waking up and being restless all night.
I have used several of nature bounties products over the years and this melatonin has certainly not been a disappointment. We use other more expensive products and did not have the same effect. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product works.
I have used it myself. The only side effect I found is sometimes if I’m extremely tense when I use it I may feel restless for about half an hour before I go into a deep sleep. I believe this is because the melatonin is trying to relax me but my body and mind are saying that they want to be tense. This is just slight discomfort which in the long run is worth it because I lined up having a good night sleep when I would probably have not been able to so do and would have been awake all night rather than asleep.
The price of the product is excellent, I almost did not try it because I was thinking it may just be a cheap imitation but it turns out to be a good quality product at a good price.
