I've been using this brand for awhile now and have no complaints. They leave no fishy taste and are average size so no problem swallowing. They are very reasonably priced compared to other brands I have used and have the same ingredients. They also don't cause any effects on stomach.

I have been taking different omega 3 fish oil brands for a long time! Most brands I have tried leave a nasty after taste or smell in my mouth. So here are my pros and cons!

Pro #1: No smell or taste, this is something I love, lots of brands you burp, taste or smell, the fish after taking it. NOT with this brand
Pro #2: Gel capsules, the pills are in a gel capsule, I much prefer this then regauler pills as I have struggled swallowing pills my whole life.

Cons: The capsules are absolutely huge! They get caught in my chest sometimes, I would say 40% of the time, however I usally you can wash it down with more water after it gets stuck. This is the only reason this is not a 5 star issue.

Conclusion: I have switched to Nature's Bounty fish oil permanently, though the pills are huge, the lack of smell and taste are absolutely worth it to me. As I stated this would be a 5 star product to anyone that doesn't mind the size. If big pills are hard for you to swallow I recommend you try to find one and see if you can swallow it. The gel capsule does help alot when swallowing. I hope this helps you decided, I absolutely love this brand, not being able to taste or smell them, is absolutely a win! Many of the other brands were so overwhelming.
