2 per day has side effects for me

Cutting back to 1 per day. Taking 2 seems to make me feel uneasy. Almost like too much caffeine. Anxious. I read that too much folate and B vitamins can do that. Maybe I am overly sensitive as I don’t see any other reviews saying this. But I do feel that when I take 2 of these this occurs….

It's nice to have the perfect potency extended release. I've noticed an improvement in my allergies since taking these. Vitamin C is a dehistamine - meaning it removes histamines - as opposed to anti-histamine. So if you need something more than an antihistamine for your allergies try Vitamin C. It also helps the immune system cope with colds etc. The human body can't absorb a lot of Vitamin C at once and taking mega doses can cause kidney stones. It's nice to have an extended release form like this that has better absorption than vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. Ester C is absorbed better. These are big gel pills if you have trouble swallowing you may have trouble with these.

This is a gel capsule so it is easy to just swallow. As for flavor or warmth, there is no taste and there would be no warmth.
As for effectiveness, my blood tests have shown an increase which is good because of meds I take may lower my immunity level. I am pleased.

Good immune booster, Vit C, Elderberry and Echinacea to keep healthy as possible in addition to healthy foods. I really wanted a Subscribe & Save option but not available right now I think because of high demand so will be checking back to see if that option reappears.

Hard shell significantly too large! This is second time Ive purchased supplements too large. There needs to be a comparison picture to perhaps aspirin so you don’t chokr or worse when living alone. Would return both but since I opened and then tried to cut one don’t feel right to but feel totally misled and robbed maybe it’s not right to order supplements online since you can see size

A valuable product. I will probably buy again, although the price is too high. "Sofgelled" tablets are highly over-priced, sometimes double the price of "coated" tablets. Very unreasonable, but it is the fault of manufacturers not the sellers. All things considered, this is a convenience item, but a very needed one in this very stressful era we live in. If you can afford them, go for it.

This got me through cold and flu season, and I have heard the same from many other friends. The ingredients are a first-rate combination of natural supplements. 99% of which pass off when your body has used what it needs. Vitamin D - the only one that could be 'overdosed" - is, in the Immune 24, is at the 600 IU safe limit set by the government. The Mayo Clinic says it would require consumption of 60,000 IU's a day over several months to reach toxicity levels.
For those who can't swallow pills, there are gummies and powder forms.
