These pills are not coated and WILL make you choke. As a 42 year old woman, I have NEVER had trouble swallowing pills until these. I broke them in half and still choked. This week, I tried breaking into 3 pieces and thought it was working. I managed to take them three days until today's incident nearly killed me. I desperately tried to make it downstairs to get help as the tiny piece was lodged in my throat. Finally, I was able to partially breathe but it was stick down wrong pipe. For hours, I couldn't breath fully. 10 hours later, my throat still hurts and I regret strongly buying these. I got 2 bottles and haven't made it halfway through one. I'm done trying. For your own safety, do NOT buy these!

Well, I have been taking this one for only 5 days and my face that had cleared up beautifully broke out all of the place. On top of that, it VERY hard to swallow. I take zinc every night to help with clear skin and normally never have an issue with swallowing pills (I mean really, I can take up to like 12 at a time) but these are super chalky and always get caught in my throat and require a lot of extra effort to get down. I’ll probably spend the extra money next time to get the coated pills because these just aren’t worth the struggle.

Worst Zinc Brand

I've had other zinc brands and by far this is the worst one. I have no problems swallowing pills but the second I put this in my mouth, get a gulp of water it disintegrates and it's hard to swallow and gives such a nasty after taste. My stomach actually feels upset taking it.
