Update: after getting very frustrated, calling the 1-800 number (nothing), changing batteries, I gave up. I was about to throw in the towel when - it worked!! After letting the sprayer sit - it suddenly decided to work! It doesnt work well mind you and gets hung up at times but it has worked now since I was about to discard it. So I guess, try letting it sit for a while?? Still not great.

I would like to know if this works. I charged this darn sprayer thing properly and got to use this once. It was VERY parfume-y which I didnt care for but it sprayed just fine.

Put it away in a closet.

Went to use again and while it tries to squirt I notice that it is only able to suck up just a bit of liquid (about 4 inches up the straight tube from the bottle). I replaced the batteries to no avail. I tried re-priming it, changing the nozzel spray volume, tried placing it in water to see of it was the liquid product itself. I now believe it is the sprayer.

Apparently I am not alone on this sprayer headache situation (after reading reviews).

I have a full 1+ gallons of product. I will now have to go an buy a sprayer to use this stuff.

Maybe this stuff works but.... this is a junk sprayer. It now is just a gimmick.

I have puppy pee all over my rug and now I can't do anything about it until I go find a spray bottle which is quite annoying. Even if this stuff is magic I don't think I'll buy it again due to principle.

I'm a dog sitter who is pretty persnickety about keeping the house hair-free and odor-free. So, I use a lot of this stuff. This is the best product I've used so far, but it typically requires a couple of treatments. I think that's more to do with the fact that dog urine was designed by evolution to smell and smell and smell. Not in love with the scent -- but that goes away in a day or two.

I’ve used Nature’s Miracle for decades and it’s a great product. This one, in particular, is fantastic because of the bottle.

I have an old pup who can’t always make it into the grass and she occasionally urinates on the deck. I rinse w a little water and then use this super convenient spray bottle and it works very well. I’m a bit disappointed with how strong the smell of the product is, though. (Doesn’t smell as bad as dog urine though!) But the smell of this product is a lot stronger than the Nature’s Miracle I’ve known and loved throughout the years.

Great for outdoor synthetic turf !

I have read reviews that the odor is way too pungent for indoors but we decided to try it outside on our small synthetic turf back yard. We first tried the Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor Remover but it did not eliminate the urine odor on our synthetic turf. The Urine Destroyer is excellent for our outdoor synthetic turf. No urine odor what so ever and the scent of the product is mild for outdoors and after the rain and sun hits it, there is no lingering scent. We have two extra pieces of the turf to alternate in the garage when it is storming. The Urine Destroyer is always sitting there next to the turf in the garage. Since it is sitting on concrete, we then wash the piece down with the hose and dry it out in the sun for the next rain storm. I was disappointed with my last order though because the sprayer was not included with the large 1.33 gallon jug. This mistake would have been a problem for anyone else but I cannot carry the heavy jug around behind our female dog, so I pour the liquid into a much smaller spray bottle. I pick it up and follow her to immediately spray where she has urinated. (This would probably not work with a male dog.) If your synthetic turf is short, you cannot find where your dog urinated. Ours is longer so sometimes we can see an indention from the urine stream. I understand this method of prevention would not work for someone who just wanted to let their dog out on the synthetic turf alone. We found out very quickly that the hot summer sun will make the untreated urine very potent and flushing water on it with the hose every time just doesn't make sense. But we love our synthetic turf and don't mind following her around the small yard. Hope this helps with anyone with synthetic turf.

I have used so many products from homemade organic, organic sold, and otherwise. I finally came back to the original Natures Miracle. This product I used when I got my first puppy many years ago and to be frank i stopped using it not because it failed me but rather because of the glitz and promises of the others. Big mistake. Here I am 20 some of years later the owner of an adopted traumatized poodle that just doesn’t get the doggies doors function and the fact he can go out at night. So he’s chosen to used my middle-eastern rug (brought it back as souvenir when stationed in a great carpet producing spot some 35 years ago) anyhow I have cared for this rug as if it was my 2nd child! My son used to tell me I loved it more than him hahahaha. Back to my pup SunnyBunny he pees all around the edge and poops! I have cried thrown secret fits away from him and sent it away for professional cleaning and treating. Every time it came back spelling worse!
Bravely I chose to use this product. I sprayed it on the back of the rug. Soaked it . Let dry over night.
Next day I vacuumed. Got on 4’s shockingly only 3 tingly spots had a hint of what might be considered pee or dog spell.
Sprayed the top soaked.

Came back the next day vacuumed got on on all 4’s and nothing, el zippo, nada, not a hint of smell only fresh clean smell. In fact my entire home smells wonderful!
I have a decent size home (2700sqft) and the whole thing smelled fabulous.

My word to anyone considering this product is this: STOP! STOP considering and just buy it! You won’t go wrong in fact you’ll be pleasantly surprised in more ways than one. 🙂

I've used this product many times in the past, and it has been FANTASTIC. By far the best product for getting rid of cat urine. However, they have changed it, and it now has a HORRIBLE fake flower/ fake citrus/ fake something scent. Even if you treat something very small, the scent fills the entire room and makes the room essentially uninhabitable until about a week after the product has dried. I was in a small cabin in subzero weather and and needed to treat the rug. I was gagging for days and wouldn't work in the living room at all because the scent was overmpoering. Why has the company gone and ruined a stellar product? The scent is honestly worse than the scent of cat pee, and that's saying something because, well, cat pee is pretty low on the list of scents you'd want in a room. The product DOES work, but you'll wish you could make alternate living arrangements while it dries because the smell is overpowering... And using it on any kind of blanket/ duvet is impractical because the horrible fake flower scent does not come out in the wash, and sleeping under it makes one dream of fake flower armageddons. It's ridiculous that this company has ruined the PERFECT product .

Great product. It dried really quickly and the smell has almost gone! Cat weed on the sofa when the cleaner locked him in the lounge! You have to use the product 2 or 3 times for it to work effectively, but it is the best thing we have used to get rid of the smell
