I really hate that I have to buy a product called “Urine Destroyer”. Seriously, every time I order this product, I lecture my dogs about how disappointed I am to have to spend my hard-earned dollars on something called “Urine Destroyer”. And still, they don’t even try to feign remorse. [sigh]. Somewhere, my life went horribly wrong... That said, this is a great product with a great sprayer. It covers the affected area great and does not damage the area rugs I use it on. Highly recommend for others whose life plans did not include living in a house that smells like a barnyard.

Formula Has Completely Changed

This is a repeat purchase for me, but I am sad to report that the formula for this product has drastically changed since the last time I purchased it, 2 years ago, when training our last puppy. The product 2 years ago did not foam up, which was most welcome on the few area rugs in my home. This product, in contrast, becomes very foamy producing a very heavy lather which is nearly impossible to remove from the rug leaving behind a most unwelcome sticky soapy residue. Please, Nature's Miracle, return to the old tried and true formula.

I recently used up a bottle of this product purchased a few years ago, and it was very mild and did the job perfectly. This one arrived to day and the first time I sprayed a spot about the size of a 50 cent piece, the stink of their added "scent" was awful. It has now filled the 2400 sf house and I am never using it again. I've depended on Nature's Miracle for skunk and urine odor mitigation for two decades and I have no idea how they got it into their head to introduce a new odor to your house when you use their product. Hey everyone, where do I buy the enzyme to get rid of the Nature's Miracle scent?

How To Get Old Stains Out (With Photos!)

Sometimes, when the weather is bad, my little dogs have accidents in the house. This stuff works really well if you're using it on a fresh stain, and I've found a way to use it that gets old stains out super well, too!
-First, I use my Bissel Pet carpet cleaner (filled with water and a bit of Nature's Miracle carpet shampoo) over the stained area.
-Then, while the carpet is still damp, I put this Urine Destroyer in a spray bottle and THOROUGHLY spray the stained area until it's well saturated!
It gets everything out like a champ!
Note: Fresh out of the bottle, this formula has a light fresh scent, but while it's on the carpet and the enzymes are busy eating all the pet gunk, sometimes a sort of pet-like odor is given off. It goes away after a couple days when the product is finished working. If the scent lingers, I use Nature's Miracle carpet shampoo over it with a carpet cleaner and it goes away immediately! Also, I only ever use Nature's Miracle products on my carpets. If you've tried using other brands first, your results might be different due to chemical reactions. Nature's Miracle has always worked best for me! Good luck!

It smells like baby powder. VERY heavily fragranced. I was expecting it to be like other Natures Miracle products with a light scent since the product did not mention a scent, but I can taste the fragrance in the air. I have no idea if it had stopped smelling like pee cause I cannot smell anything but baby powder.

I have used Nature's Miracle products for more than a decade. My senior dogs passed away a few years ago, so it has been about three years since I last bought this particular product. Last week, I realized my dog had been peeing on our bedroom rug, so I turned to the trusty Nature's Miracle. I didn't read any reviews before I ordered, because this was a product I already knew and trusted. BIG MISTAKE. If I had read the reviews about the horrific fragrance, I never would have brought this hideous product into my home. The odor is unbearable. I am sensitive to fragrance to begin with, but this is a real doozy. I literally couldn't sleep in my bedroom last night due to the sickening sweet perfume odor, and it could be at least a week before I can sleep in my room again judging from how strongly it still smelled this morning. Nature's Miracle calls it a "light fresh scent." That really kills me. Try "heavy egregious stench."

I opened the windows in my bedroom and turned on the ceiling fan last night. (It snowed last night. That's how desperate I was to get fresh air circulating in the room.) I shut the door and put a towel under the crack to keep the odor from oozing into the rest of my home, but it still worked its way through the ventilation system, of course. I turned up the air filter in our living room and hoped things would be more livable by morning. Nope. Still horrendous. Luckily I could escape for the day by going to work -- but still -- it clings to the inside of my nostrils, haunting me. Amazon is refunding my money (thank you!) and I will never buy this again.

P.S. It made my dog cough quite a bit.

New Formula: More Pricey and Doesnt Work...

Ive used the old formula for a few years, and it worked fine. As this is used yearly, around Arizona Monsoon Season, when our dogs have mental break downs with thunder. This new "scent" has a sharp industrial scent to it, which I wouldn't care if it worked, but..... I poured a hearty amount onto a small spot and let air dry, like I always do... Guess what? I can actually smell the urine, which means my Shiba Inus definitely can. I am upset that this is now $12 more and doesnt work.

I've used this product many times in the past, and it has been FANTASTIC. By far the best product for getting rid of cat urine. However, they have changed it, and it now has a HORRIBLE fake flower/ fake citrus/ fake something scent. Even if you treat something very small, the scent fills the entire room and makes the room essentially uninhabitable until about a week after the product has dried. I was in a small cabin in subzero weather and and needed to treat the rug. I was gagging for days and wouldn't work in the living room at all because the scent was overmpoering. Why has the company gone and ruined a stellar product? The scent is honestly worse than the scent of cat pee, and that's saying something because, well, cat pee is pretty low on the list of scents you'd want in a room. The product DOES work, but you'll wish you could make alternate living arrangements while it dries because the smell is overpowering... And using it on any kind of blanket/ duvet is impractical because the horrible fake flower scent does not come out in the wash, and sleeping under it makes one dream of fake flower armageddons. It's ridiculous that this company has ruined the PERFECT product .
