I can't count high enough to tell you how many of these packages I've purchased over the past few years. One of the most frightening moments of my life was when I was running low on Love Crunch Carrot Cake granola and then found that Amazon was out of stock. My stomach knotted at the thought of having to rely on some other dry, simple, hard, chewy granola. Since then I've maintained a massive stock at all times.
This granola is the perfect combination of interesting flavors, light sweetness, nutty oils, slight crunch initially followed by a tender texture - the best simplification that I can give is the texture of a pecan with slightly-sweet yogurt chip. It also reminds me slightly of the texture of crumble (on a pie), though certainly not similar in terms of sweetness/taste. My favorite form of the granola are the larger clusters, though the granola is frequently in a more crumbled form that is okay. I've used the crumbs to make oatmeal cookies once - highly recommended.
I also personally appreciate the cane sugar sweetness as opposed to the honey sweetness of so many other granolas.
