I have been using this product for 11 years. I purchased it at a health food store then. I wanted to flavor my water with something healthy. The clerk told me it was+ great for the skin and to watch for results. I didn't see any results for the face, but I did notice that some painfully patchy areas on my elbows cleared up in 3 days!!!!!!!!!! I used to put neosporin on these patched everyday! They were gone in 3 days and have never come back. so I was hooked! This cannister is a 38 days supply. BUT since I flavor the water with it, it lasts me a year! I love this product. I do not knw abt energy, but it tastes good and has done wonders for my skin in the beginning and over the years.I also sprinkle this on ice cream and in milkshakes and smoothies, yogurt.

I couldn't believe it wasn't like "white lightning"
