Nautica poor customer service
I bought these boots and after weraing the sole is coming apart from the upper foot of the boot. I contacted Nautica, Paul C Assistant Manager, Corporate Customer Service Aeropostale, Nautica , Lucky Brand, stated, " We work closely with our manufacturer and retailer partners to ensure that ourproducts conform to the highest standards for style and function. If you feelthis was not the case, and if you have not already done so, please visit theretailer where you had purchased the boots sothey may assist you." I asked why would I contact Amazon they did not manufacture the item. He said they will process a return or exchange. The point is one would think they want to know their product falls apart or maybe they would rather not and just continue to gaslight customers.

I absolutely love these boots. I originally saw them at other department stores for double the price, unfortunately I do have to send them back because they seem to run a full size to big. I am a true 7-7.5 and I ordered a 7.5 and will definitely need to order a 6.5. These boots look great and feel great! I definitely recommend them. Edgy and a bit rough but still feminine. Similar to docs, but without the laces and heaviness.

I just received these boots today. They are perfect! I love the fit, they are comfortable right out of the box and true to size. I’m size 9 and I ordered a 9. Love them!
