This short, 120-page of text identifies the various forms of politics and provides remedies that can help the novice succeed.
Even when I was a newly minted MBA I got caught up in events that this tool would have helped me to avoid should it had been available all those years ago. As a reader of Tom’s corporate thrillers I have long thought that several of his novels should be on a business schools mandatory reading list. You can add Navigating Corporate Politics to that list as well.
