We all have different reasons for trying the new "Super food" Cacao, but we all look for the same qualities. We want this to taste good and mix well. In both columns this brand scores well. This cacao tastes as smooth or pleasant as you could possibly expect. This is not chocolate milk powder nor should it be expected to taste as such but to my palate, it is quite good and livens up both protein and collagen (for joint health) powders.
All of my shakers have a wire mixing ball so anything has the slightest propensity to dissolve, it will do so with effort. This powder mixes very well and will only need the occasional shake to remix the contents.
For what it is, I would say it is worth a try.
