I've had more energy daily and my libido is higher but I discovered that on the packaging it does let you know that it has caused birth defects and problems with women's production in the state of California. So be advised that this is the catch to this product. Maybe maca root in a natural form would be best

I’m not one to normally write reviews but since I’ve experienced such positive physical and mental changes with this product I felt compelled to throw my 2 cents in. I work in a jail in a high stress environment. Although I work well under pressure you can imagine the intensity I experience from time to time.

Mental Clarity -
I started noticing after taking this brand of MACA Root I had more clarity and understanding. I was able to articulate and relax through situations that were potentially dangerous rather than getting that burst of adrenaline that I didn’t need unless it was a physical altercation. Huge plus in my book.

Physical Change -
Without getting too into details I’ve noticed a teenage like sex drive at times with the “ending” of those moments being much like my younger days. I’ve never had any shortage of a sex drive but the intensity definitely feels like when I was 18 and I’m 34 now. If you get my drift things lasted longer and ended with a bang. Sorry I tried to keep it at PG13 as possible.

Taste -
I’ve taken MACA off and on over the years. I usually stopped because the taste was so bad. I can tell you as far as taste goes this is the best I’ve had. But the bottom line good taste and MACA don’t really go together. This has been the easiest to stomach. I just mix it with about 14oz of water chug it and refill about half way to get the rest out of my shaker bottle I’m drinking out of.

I’m a 34 Year old male who works out regularly. I recently stopped taking of the unregulated workout supplements that are on the market.

I hope I didn’t bore you with the length of this review and that you found some part of it helpful👍

This product saved my life! I usually don't write reviews but for this one, I encourage anyone interested to buy it. I suffer from very bad anxiety at work when I am about to give report to staff and fyi i've worked with these people for almost 2 years and some well over 3 years and we joke and laugh together but when everyone is attentive for my report when I am in charge of the shift, i freak out and start panicking and sometimes you can hear my shaky voice as i give the report. I started researching for a natural cure for anxiety because i didn't want to take medication and came across this product. I put one teaspoon in my tea or sometimes swallow 2 capsules of Maca 1 hr before i give my report and i am good to go! I am no longer anxious as a matter of fact I am so relaxed I feel like a new person! It gives me so much confidence and I am so proud of myself! This product can be great in the bedroom I feel the amazing effect but unfortunately I am single! For those who are menopausal it balances the hormones like crazy! So many reasons to go for it!!

Given the lack of response to some key criticisms, though relatively few, of this food, I'll focus my review on why this nutritional powerhouse is classified as a SUPERfood and why, for what are obvious reasons, some folks do not like this awesome Organic Raw Maca. Maca is surely classified as a superfood, and why that is the case pertains to its exceptional potency. General speaking, the "better" a superfood tastes, the lower (that's right, the lower) the nutritional density. And why would this be the case? Well, simply because the most nutritionally dense superfoods -- such as Maca, chlorella, spirulina, broccoli sprouts, etc. -- often have very strong tastes that seem unusual to people used to drinking sugary beverages like sodas, processed fruit juices, etc.
Fortunately, since it's abundantly obvious to me that not everything that's good for me is going to taste like a Ritter Sport chocolate bar, I've been able to get past the subjective definitions or pronouncements on Maca's taste or flavor -- and most reviews by far out there, by the way, indicate a much more neutral, even positive assessment of Maca's taste. I for one, like so many Americans, want really good and sustainable energy, not the kind that comes at any kind of unnatural price, e.g., sudden crashes, nervousness, the jitters, stomach aches, headaches, cramps, etc. Fortunately through Maca, I've found significantly increased energy, overall alertness, focus, and enhanced powers of concentration....not to mention the physical energy for my lengthy & strenuous workouts. Though I jus' luvs me my coffee, there are numerous ways of getting that energy without the price of the smaller dives, total crashes and inevitable burn-outs.
If this entirely natural, special Maca-kind-of-boost is not important to you, then you don't need to try it.

Having communicated all this, careful readers of all of the reviews here will probably be able to see why some do not like Organic Raw Maca Powder, often linked to questions about taste, culinary expectations, etc. To note, it's difficult for me to place much weight on reviews by those who have tried out a food (and I view Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Maca Powder, not as a product, but as an exceptional nutritional food) for only a few days (only 3!, in some instances) or a few weeks. Generally speaking, the better a superfood tastes, the lower the nutritional density, and this is because the most nutritionally dense superfoods -- such as wheat grass, spinach, barley grass, chlorella, spirulina, green tea (extract), broccoli sprouts, etc. -- often have very strong tastes that seem unusual to people used to drinking sugary beverages like sodas or processed fruit juices.
