In this book you will read about many people who left their bodies and didn't need their brains to think or move around in a spiritual body. The author points out that we are not biological robots we are actually spiritual beings having an earthly experience. And for those who don't believe you can have a near-death experience he asks: "Have you ever been in love? Prove it."
We may not totally be able to scientifically prove that near-death experiences happen but that doesn't make them any less fascinating. Two things this book also talks about did however not seem right to me. One idea is that all religions lead to God and that God has no religion. Jesus definitely set up a church so I think God is involved. And Jesus said he was the only way to God. Of course you can believe whatever you want but I just thought I'd point out those two things.
I did like the story in this book about a library in heaven. That sounded amazing. This book did however have negative and positive experiences. That indicates that there is a heaven and a hell. One atheist ends up in a place that causes him terror. Some people who were not religious ended up in a heavenly place or where shown both heaven and hell with Jesus as a guide. Well anyone who has read the Bible will be able to judge these stories for themselves.
I'm glad I read this book and I found it highly entertaining and intellectually fulfilling. Most of the stories seemed very true and real and sounded similar to stories I've read in other books.
~The Rebecca Review
Thus reading this short novella, has lent more credibility to the afterlife for me. I had a very short NDE (floating over my body, then back in my body), so I already feel without a doubt, there is "life after" our human existence.
There are quite a few books written out this and I give this book 4.5 stars. Also, I recommend , a very special book called Life After Life by Raymond Moody. Amazon sells this book also.
This book is not a long book, yet I very much enjoyed it!
Great book on the Near Death Experience!
However, the writing is at times awkward, or even distracting, and could have used a lot more editing than what it apparently received. I don't mind reading material that isn't up to professional standards, but I would have preferred knowing it was that way before purchasing it.
If you believe what these people have experienced, it may end your fear of death and instead you may look forward in the future to join God and your family , friends and pets to a life without end.
