The NeckSnug Luxury Travel Pillow is by far the best and most comfortable travel pillow I've ever used. I always have such a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep on an airplane but with this pillow, I was able to fall asleep almost immediately. The memory foam is awesome and the back insert that can be removed makes a huge difference when using this pillow while sitting up. I love that it comes with a carrying case too. I don't really like being that person that walks around the airport with a pillow around their neck. Great purchase overall!

As I now live as an ex-pat in Aruba, I order a lot of goods from the USA.
As I am going to travel to Europe (11 hours flight) and then to Asia (13 hours flight) I ordered two Necksnug Pillows. I followed the good reviews and other reviews from travel sites.
TravelSnug delivered the two pillows in 2 days in Miami. As I use a postbox in Miami, which then send the goods to me in Aruba, I received the pillows after 3 weeks (Postoffice and customs in Aruba :-(
Unfortunately, one of the pillows came without a small travel bag. The pillows were fine. After these 3 weeks I e-mailed the TravelSnug with my tiny "problem"/question to send me a travel pouch (which is in fact a luxury plastic bag with a logo and a rope).
And then it happened>>>> TravelSnugs understood my situation and not only send me a travel pouch, but send a complete pillow with pouch.
But that was not enough for them, so TravelSnug also send me the complete set without freight expenses
And that was still not enough customer relations and customer satisfactiom........so they also refunded me the whole first order of two pillows
Which is more than enough to pay the freight expenses from Miami to Aruba.
WAAAAAUUUUUUUWWWWWW!!!!!
This is the first time in maybe the hundreds of orders in the past years, that I encountered this.
TravelSnug is getting an "AAA"rating from me (AAA is the highest rating in the financial world)

Love the detaching piece

Durable, solid support for long hauls

I usually cannot upright for more than 5 minutes because of a lack of neck support. So I tried this one, and it's been awesome -- my head and neck have firm support for hours. If you don't have a window seat, this is definitely the pillow you want. If you have any spinal problems or neck pinching, this is the one you want! It's firm at first, but softens up just enough as it adjusts to your body heat. When it's cold, you can sit against it for a minute or so. There's a clever strap to adjust how much support you want -- tight, and your head stays upright, loose and you can ease to the side. ...ABOUT PACKING... We're seasoned travelers and ultimate micro-packers. I've tried 3 different kinds of neck pillows before this one: inflatable, micro-beads and even crammed cottony stuff (ahem: underwear & socks) in a cotton drawstring bag when we traveled around the world with a "personal item" only, and I wouldn't do any of them again because of either comfort or support. Note: this one can't be compressed more than maybe 10% by using the bag, but they designed a really discreet elastic handle so you can easily grip it while managing 5 other things. All in all, I love this and highly recommend giving it a try.

I purchased this pillow to use primarily while rocking at home and secondarily when traveling. When I first received it, I couldn't open the zipper more than an inch to insert the additional padding. Customer service responded immediately by sending another pillow out.

From a functional perspective, I love the elastic handle for carrying at the neck. More importantly, the adjustable toggles not only keep the pillow around my neck but, when connected and tightened, support my head when it falls forward.

This is a great pillow and a wonderful company.

Extremely Comfortable

My initial thought on this neck pillow was that it was maybe too comfortable. It provides a high level of support, but the memory foam is delicate in the way it shapes to your head and the weight placed on it. The dual toggles are great, they allow you to add more pressure to one side rather than the other (this is great if you are in a window seat, because you can dictate the direction your head will try and lean towards). The removable bit in the back is also great, and allows for even more comfortable posture settings while traveling. I will definitely be purchasing this product again, if mine ever wears out enough.

Comfy but bulky

Took this pillow on what amounted to 40 hours of flying and enjoyed the comfort even as I acknowledge it's a bit bulky. I did use the case when not in use, which allowed me to stuff it down to about half it's open size, but it was still a bit bigger than most travel pillows. That said, it was super cushy and I'm not sure I'd bother taking a smaller/less comfortable travel pillow. I didn't have the trouble with overheating mentioned by some reviewers.
