Buy this. Totally worth it. A few minutes and you'll have it all figured out. You can program in a delay (how long to wait before starting the program-ideal for setting up something that you want to start shooting a few hours before you go to sleep!), how long for each exposure (in BULB mode), how frequent to shoot a frame, and how many pictures to shoot in the sequence. This is the only downside. It can only do 399 exposures unless you leave it unselected and then it will just keep going on perpetually until you run out of battery or memory! Overall exceptional value.

I bought this remote mainly to do time-lapse photography and I must say that it works perfectly.
No serious flaws...as long as it does what it supposed to do I'm happy...
If the fact that it doesn't turn off bother you, don't buy it. Or take the batteries out.
It also has a fairly long cord so you can use it as a weapon if you are attacked by Ninjas. It also worked well for standing in front of the camera.
The back lighting is not very bright so it won't work for navigating through the Brazilian rainforest at night. That was a long 3 days. But I did use it to see how long my exposure of the moon was.
I highly recommend this awesome lightweight, ninja stopping night light timer remote control thingy.

Functions well, and decent for the price. I took one star off because there is no on/off switch which means you have to keep taking the batteries in and out. Read morePublished 1 day ago by mitchumgroup

Very nice value. The lack of "on/off" switch is annoying. I just take one battery and flip it around in the device to power it off. Read morePublished 9 days ago by Ray Anthony Pruitt II
