Great light, needs packaging improvement

I purchased this for my wife because she is a makeup artist and is always looking for great lighting. After she researched several lights, she chose this product and decided to purchase it. She is happy with the light and all of the attachments. Although I should point out a few things about the packaging. I've read a lot of reviews about it not coming with the stand. Well that also happened to me, SO I THOUGHT! After taking the light, bag, and lenses out, we could not find the stand! So I sent an email to the seller and they asked if I could send pictures to show what we received. I gathered all of the items and then noticed that the box was still kind of heavy. I proceeded to look in the bottom of the box and found another rectangular box (it looks like the bottom of the box) that held the stand and mount attachments! So I assume people have been throwing the box away not knowing the stand was boxed in the bottom! I advised the seller to start stating this in the description as several people have stated the same issue. It would be smart for them to at least label the box containing the stand so people will know to look. Other than that she is completely satisfied with the light.

I wish I could give this ten stars, Arrived exactly as they said I had ordered one before and was so disappointed with the companies customer service because they offered to replace it and until this day nothing, So back to my perfect Light, it was easy to set up I normally record my youtube videos sitting down so my husband removed the bendable part that holds the light and now it feels sturdy and great, the light is very bright and its adjustable to a lower setting, It brings two covers one white the other one a peach color, The small thing that holds the camera don't know what you call it, holds my Canon rebel sl2 perfectly; It comes with its own storage case so its very easy to store it back surrounded by a cushion foam that protects it very well. I heard about others that didn’t have any instructions to assemble. But I got an instruction sheet. I still didn’t need it, because it was super easy to assemble, like literally. I feel like the lightning could’ve been stronger from low to high. It looks very similar, you can barely tell the difference between the low setting and the high setting, just a lil bit. It is very sturdy and the height is very high, I really like that. The filter settings is a plus. I’m currently using the white one only. I believe it’s sturdy enough. This is perfect for taking selfies and starting my youtube channel, using this lightning to apply my makeup.

The product itself is great and works well. Highly recommend getting the full set (i.e. Tripod, light filters), not just the light alone for cheaper. The Dimmer is key! The only negative comments I have are that my light came scratched up. It doesn't effect how it works so I'm not concerned. Also they're are no instructions included, so refer to the online photos for putting it together. The shipping packaging is very minimal so this item could be easily damaged in the mail.
Still, for the price, you can't go wrong! It's worth it!
