This was on a home purchase in which by asking questions and finding solutions and alternatives, I got a lower interest rate as well as achieved a reduction off the purchase price in an extremely hot real estate market that most homes are selling for over asking price. Before reading this book I made an offer $30,000 over asking price on a house and I am now under contract for a home $7,000 UNDER asking price on an even better home, location, etc. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to transform their everyday interactions.
