How to maintain and wash OMGear neoprene socks ?
- Rinsing. You should be rinsing your OMGear neoprene socks for at least three or four minutes straight after every use.Try to rinse using clean, fresh water applied in a directed spray.
- Cleaning. Do not pour your cleaner directly on the neoprene.The best thing to do is to fill up a tub with a large enough capacity to submerge the entire item, and then, before actually submerging the neoprene socks,mixing the cleaner thoroughly into the water.
- Drying. You should never dry your neoprene in a dryer. Hang it up to air dry. The trick is that it shouldn’t be allowed to air dry in the direct sunlight, as UV rays can cause your neoprene to break down faster.

This is the 2nd pair of fin socks I’ve purchased from this company, which tells you that they must have worked well for me. They did/do! Exactly what I needed to prevent blisters caused by the movement of the fins rubbing against my toes. I tried at least 2 other similar products before searching for something better. This one is the perfect combination of comfort, fit, and functionality. The pull strap at the back makes these socks “easy” to pull on and the Velcro fitting strap helps secure the fit to minimize getting water inside through the top. They look good, they feel good on. The Anti-Slip textured sole is an added plus. The photo shows a slight curl in the sole, but that’s only because I keep them rolled up inside the fins after drying. These socks come flat, folded lengthwise. The M size fits my women’s 9.5 foot/shoe size and 3mm neoprene fits inside yellow Finis Z2 training fins, size E. Not unlike most swim gear exposed to pool chemicals, after some time (months?) the color began to fade and the seams started opening on the inside. Even then, they were still functional. Replaced with the 2nd pair because, well, “looking good is its own reward.” Would definitely buy again. And again.

I bought these socks because I am a oyster harvester and needed something to keep warm while out in the cold elements. They work wonders where has this been all my life!!! Stayed warm on a very cold day and that never happens would highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderfully product!!
