I have always loved this brand of white chocolate chips, and think they taste the most high-quality. They are rich and creamy and delicious. They taste amazing in baking recipes, but I just like to have them as sweet snacks here and there. I do wish there were a healthier, organic, oil-free and maybe non-dairy version of these.

In late June, I ordered a 3-pack of Chocolate chips. It finally arrived at the end of August. The chocolate in the three bags was hard and crumbly and in no way resembled chocolate chips. It seemed like the chocolate had melted and then hardened again.
If I hadn’t had a hard time getting chocolate chips, I would have bought them in a store. Now the chocolate is only good for melting and that’s OK for some chocolate, but the rest, I guess I’ll eventually use it.
My advice is to not order chocolate in the summer.

Nothing like it in Britain! The Nestlé brand USA originating chocolate is uniquely different than traditional English chocolate. If anyone needs a comparison, it would match that of the Hershey brand - another uniquely 'amerikun' styled chocolate. I use the milk chocolate as one-part milk chocolate to three parts Nestlé (or Hershey) 'semi-sweet' chocolate morsels when I make my biccies. I'm so grateful that I found these as I've actually won two competitions for making chocolate-chip, pecan,walnut biccies.... and can't even cook! I have the culinary skills of a slug! But when I follow my simple directions I wrote down many years ago, offered by a cook from the deep south of the US, it has been an addictive winner for me!

Don't be shy! What's a few extra kilos over the holidays! Let's face it, we're all getting older and everything's going to drop anyway! So enjoy!
