This is a subject that is quite new. It tries to explain the vision about the missing links that are immediately very difficult to recognize or believe in like cognitive neuroscience and psychiatry with quantum physics. In that sense the book is more of an introduction and depiction of the set of problems neuroquantology is trying to deal with.
Can we extend the applicability of quantum phenomena beyond objective physics and bring it closer to human nature, personality, brain complexity? Does biology stop to explain phenomena bellow atom level?
All that is puzzling because quantum physics was not meant to deal with these problems, yet many experiments support the claim that we are functioning on quantum level too. That is what neuroquantology is trying to deal with and this nice introduction should be understood in that light.
