I've already started incorporating some of these recipes into my daily diet. They are delicious and fairly easy to prepare.
It does take a little preparation to decide what you will be preparing for the week and then make a shopping list and do the shopping, but if you can do that a few times, it becomes easier. But that's like any grocery shopping, just make good choices when buying the food.
And stay within the portions!

I went from 290 to 265 in 2 Months and I was never Hungry the thing was not so much the weight but the inches I lost 44 waist to a 40 I worked out for the first 30 days and feel of the wagon but I keep eating the same and I am still losing weight but I should really work out a little .
The product works as expected and I would purchase the item again.

The only reason I haven't given the book five stars is that it is entirely geared for the US market. All the measurements are in US measures (cups, ounces etc) which can be a bit difficult, although it is possible to research and 'translate' into metric. Some of the ingredients used seem also to be only available in the US, so you have to fish around online to find the UK equivalents. My final thought is that many of the recipes are for four or six servings. Yes, you can freeze or save for the next day, but six strikes me as a bit much - you'd be eating some of this stuff for a week! Again, a bit of work and you can soon reduce the servings accordingly.
Overall, if you are following the Abs Diet and want some new ideas this is a good investment.
I really like the fact that they use basic ingredients and have created recipies that are easy to follow.
