Jason. Caesar was a good guy. We shouldn't have killed him.
Antony. Friends, Romans and Countrymen...
The speaker's name is not in bold font or separated from his speech by spacing, font or by line. There was the dot which was not enough.
The note marks appeared like this . And there were so many notes. They got in the way.
Otherwise, a really good play!
This is a rating on the electronic display conversion. The digital conversion causes this to display awkwardly on my Android reader. Line spacing is often random and gibberish letters are peppered throughout making this difficult to read in some sections. It's a free book, so I can't criticize too much, but since Amazon asked for my review, I offer the above.
What I like is that it makes a hero of the villain, but then again, so does Macbeth. It's different, though, in that it has an even greater range of emotion and goes through many more levels, many more times.
Formatting is also a serious issue. Lines run over and into each other. Because the speakers' names are not in bold, it is often difficult to tell whose line is which.
At least it's free.
