About the Author
Brian Holmes graduated from NMU in the frigid Upper Peninsula of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in English Creative Writing. That summer he began working in the publishing industry by writing local sports for a penny shopper newspaper, and was paid in pennies for his time. Mr. Holmes has continued to work in publishing for more than twenty years.
Brian published a widely distributed poetry journal called The New Jersey Review of Literature, acting as editor, publisher, marketer, and distributor. He is an avid photographer, history buff, political observer, bowler, blogger, techie and Trekkie.
Min Xie is from the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong province, China and has resided in the U.S. since 2009. She is an artist, having taken classes at Hua Nan Art College. Xie is also adept at photography and photoediting and has more than ten years experience in consumer photo production and sales. Holmes and Xie have been married since 11/11/11 and live in New Jersey.
