It's "The New Rules of Marketing and PR" by David Meerman Scott - it's now out in its 8th Edition, so be sure to buy this one if you're interested - Amazon has several earlier editions also available, but those have been superseded.
I've bought and read several earlier editions of this book,and I know the author (but not well - some years back we traded a few emails about his book and about Marketing and PR in the digital/social media era. The book was originally written (and this applies to each edition) as a long series of blogs, and he did this so he could incorporate the insights and wisdom of his readers who chose to comment on his blogs. This is one reason why it's a great read. The other is that everything is broken down in a way that each item is short and to the point.
Anyway, I think I know something about marketing and PR (I've written quite a few published books on the subject - most of them back in the 80s) - but I always learn something new and worthwhile when I read his latest edition (in this case, I think it was copyrighted in 2022 and published in 2023 - it's new and up to date).
Scott is a wizard at writing great how-to books based on blogs - this is my favorite, but check out his other titles, too. You won't be disappointed.

DMS has done the work for us in that he has provided an in-depth view into the Marketing Strategies – Tools and Best Practices that we can all benefit from. His astute examples – stories and analysis provide a clear picture of how we can best utilize our Marketing Efforts!
I so appreciate how DMS made sure to incorporate those areas that are new to the arena; A.I. | Machine Learning | Social Audio Apps and the increased need for Video just to highlight a few.

I've used many of David's techniques in my own business--using my blog to expand my thought-leadership presence, using Twitter to bring more people to my blog posts. And my own book started one blog post at a time, using the "new rules" to get customer feedback and real-life stories to hone the content.
And after all this time, I'm truly shocked at how few marketing teams focus on the information needs of their buyers. Rather than sell sell sell, content marketing educates your buyers and guides them to you when they're ready to buy.
