About the Author
Catherine Mitchell has taught tens of thousands of people in private and public schools from elementary to university levels, in conferences, retreats public workshops and private sessions. For the last thirty years, she has studied how the body works symbiotically with our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Her focus has been to understand how perception is influenced and developed from the sensation of motor patterns. As director the Wellness Through Movement® program, she has implemented and revised curricula over the course of the last seven years.
