This pan far exceeded my expectations! Not only can you fit a pound of bacon spaciously on the pan, but cleanup is a breeze with hot water and a soft sponge (a nice dab of dish soap will do). PRO TIP: always dump the grease into the trash first, never into the drain. Never again will I have to scrape and scrape to clean up after a joyous morning of bacon; nor will I have to wrestle those thin strips of pork belly goodness only to lose chunks stuck fast to the pan. I’m a picky customer and this product puts a smile on my Simon Cowell face!
Other dishes are also great on this pan. We’ve done roasted veggies and even sheet pan fajitas and everything cooked great with easy cleanup.

Oven bacon recipe:
Lay out the strips flat with gaps between each slice. Bake at 400F for 16-20 minutes until desired crispness. Flipping is not required if you can be patient and let the magic happen. Remove immediately and use tongs to place on a paper towel lined plate for serving (and to remove a little of the extra grease).
Other dishes are also great on this pan. We’ve done roasted veggies and even sheet pan fajitas and everything cooked great with easy cleanup.
