Yo, I love this kit!! Thank you for making something like this. I had a project where I needed 7 colors I didn’t have. I went to three box stores and all of them have lost their damn minds wanting $12.99 for ONE SMALL spool of embroidery thread. I said ain’t no way I’m paying that and come on here to get this box that I heard about on a blog post.
I almost got the bigger box but decided that this box was just fine for what I needed and probably would need for future projects as I don’t embroider that often anymore. Now I will do it more often!
The pricing of this box I promise you, promise you that you won’t get this many colors for in a box store! You might get like 3 colors only and that’s the super small spools too.
They came with mesh covers for the thread. Mesh covers like the ones for my makeup brushes actually. They really did help keep the thread from tangling up on the machine and keeps them together when stored back in the box or on my rack. No more loose threads everywhere in your storage. I need to find the link to buy more of the covers actually.
I only had an issue with the thread coming out of the needle with 2 colors I used. I just tighten up my tension and it seemed to fix the issue on those colors. I had no issue with any of the other 4 colors I used so far.
I had no thread breakage at all during sewing tho. That’s a good thing as I’ve had embroidery threads from other brands snap all the time, no matter what tension you have your machine at!
So this is a really great deal and the box really does have a wide range of colors to use. It also comes with a conversion chart for two other main brands of thread. That came in handy a lot actually.
So if you’re a beginner, or just don’t want to spend a ton of money like me, this is a great deal. This and the bigger box version they have. You won’t get this deal in the stores that for sure.

I love the colors and ease of use. I did not find there was a way to secure the end while storing except to put tape over the end. I extended the pegs on my spool rack with plastic straws to keep the spools from falling off of the rack. I now have a broader choice of colors for my projects like the baby bibs for my Great Great Granddaughter Ella!!

A great bang for your buck situation, specially for those who are just starting out. You receive so many great colors, the shine and durability of the thread is great! I’ve had no issues with my spools, no shredding or breaks. I would definitely recommend Brothread, whether for beginners or seasoned users.

This was my first (but not last!) order from you!
The packaging is fantastic, and the quality & quantity of your thread products are beyond my expectations.
For such a great price I did not know what to expect.
I made a lab coat for my son for science class, and even the patches turned out amazing! Just like store bought quality...maybe even better! Even my teenage son thinks it looks store bought!

Needed bright colors for my inner fairy. Pretty amazed by the quality of the threads. I thought they were going to be bigger, but 1 spool will do for many amazing projects without issue. I think I will end up having those for a really long time! If I ever run out, I won't be ashamed to come back here fore sure!
