1. floor rollers, really convenient on a hard floor to move around.
2. has remote!! yey
3. The cord is not very long, but it has a cord holder you can roll it and not be messy when storing.
4. has a handle to move it around even when its hot
5. Has turn on / turn off timer (Automatic shut off and on). If you press the timer when ON, it will turn it off after that time, if its already OFF and you press the timer, it will turn it ON after that time.
............... so on. So I would put 85 degrees when my room (about 350 sq feet) is cold, I will put LOW or ECO for 2 hrs.
so HI works on 1500 W, Low on 800W... but it is VERY unclear what ECO works on? I have assumed (wrongly) that it will be even lower than LOW setting, but basically it wiggles between Hi and Low.
...... The strange thing was when I received this radiator, the package was not protected, was just shipped with original store box, so it had a small cosmetic defect on 2 places, so I required a replacement. The second radiator that came, looked a bit different than the 1st one. The cord was white (the 1st had a black cord) and longer, the material was completely different texture, the first one had a smooth metal feel texture, then the second one came with plastic feel texture. They both worked fine. Also they had 2 very differently looking remotes :)
When the temperature in the room exceeds the setpoint, the heater still runs for about 3 minutes out of every 30 minutes, and won't stop! Why? I can't imagine. It means it can't be left unattended for an extended time unless you don't mind adding heat to a room that is already warm (or hot) continuously.
It also will not recover from a power failure. It restarts set at 85 deg. (its maximum), but "off", meaning it won't work after a power failure and it won't work when connected to a thermostatically-controlled outlet. For an extra few cents this limitation could have been eliminated.
Apart from those two fairly severe limitations, it's great. It is almost silent, easy to use, looks nice (for a heater). The timer would be more useful, at least to me, if it was repeatable instead of one-time, but maybe most people really don't need that.
