Not only does Marcy provide incredible recipes, but wonderful anecdotes, explanations, & lots of great information and tips & tricks. While I have been a baker and cook for many years now, I always learn something new from Marcy's books. She adds a lot of love to each of her recipes & cookbooks!

The Passover section has some very special recipes, including her Matzo Stuffing and her Matzo Buttercrunch, an incredible toffee type of treat that is delicious all year round, and can be kept in the freezer! There are many more I will try out soon, knowing that my family will enjoy our new Seder dishes.

Not for Passover for sure, Marcy's Montreal Bagels are delicious and quite simple to make, and they freeze beautifully. I'll make these as often as possible, as my husband and I love them!

I am now the proud owner of 6 of Marcy Goldman's cookbooks, knowing that any time I want a great recipe, I can to go to any one of them! I just purchased 3 extra copies to date of The Newish Jewish Cookbook to give as gifts to some of my family. I know they will be thrilled! No doubt I'll be buying more for other friends & family members.
