Taste great, However I did not expect 7 oz. of gravy the meat in this can was less than the size of peas. Exceptional Cajun flavor. But if you are expecting to get Any meat you will be disappointed. All of the meat would have fit on a tea spoon one level with room to spare. Basically 7 oz. of Great flavored Cajun gravy water.

Based on the reviews I was seeing, I was expecting this to not be very good, but for what it is (canned gator in cajun gravy soup) it's pretty good. It's a bit expensive for such a small can, but it is what it is. The taste reminds me of what a cajun Chef Boyardee would taste like. I will be ordering this again, but I'll probably wait until Mardi Gras.

This is a really unique and different item that tastes great. I was a little reluctant to try it, but we put it over rice and it was delicious. Even my 11 year old kid loved it.
