Almost perfect and AVAILABLE

First thing first is to make sure that you are getting the correct product. Nexigo has several chargers for the PS5 but this one got it almost perfectly right. The controllers fit almost perfectly on the unit, you don't have to place a special attachment to the usb-c port to make it fit, nor do you have to install the controller upside down and try to get it to slide perfectly into the adapter. This unit just works. The style of the unit fits in perfectly with the PS5 looks as if it could have been a product directly from Sony. The orange glow while charging fits in perfectly with the theme and the fact that it stops charging when fully charged is definitely a plus. The controllers seat very well although there was some minor play to learn where to place it, but it does have a small guide that gets you to the right place and unlike the review of some other 3rd party units once it is seated it stays seated. For me the included Thumb Grip Kit is a waste. Others may like it so I won't entirely dismiss it's value but it has no value to me. And the major PLUS was that after waiting a long time for original PS5 availability to no avail, I decided to try this product and it did not disappoint. I would give it a solid 9.5 out of 10. The slight deduction is that the seating, although good, with the lack of the magnetic connection it is not as good as the original Sony product. Highly recommended.

Only thing is id you put the extended sticks on both controllers, then put the controllers on the charger...the controller in back will have its extended stick slightly raised...as it rest against the back of the other controller.
In short the charger and extra pieces are great, and likely a better value than what Sony offers. Time will tell how long the LED lasts, but Im quite pleased.
It also comes w trigger extenders but I see no need for them so didnt try em out.

Excellent product. It has a nice wide base so it wont shake. Uses usb type c port to charge w included wall plug that's a good length. The controller goes on the base very easily without complication. The pulsing orange led light indicates when a controller is charging (goes off if not). The included extended sticks are great. I actually use them in place of my kontrolfreeks, which can sometimes pop off. These wrap around tighter and more completely, so they won't popoff. I found out about this product from a posting on Twitter. Another buyer mentioned that this item was available after people were complaining about not being able to find the Sony branded device. the buyer posted the link to this item and I am so glad that he did and I am even more excited that I clicked on it. this piece is absolutely phenomenal if you look at one of the negative reviews you will see where the person says it does not click into the charger and that the controller may fall off. Unless your controller is sitting on a weeble wobble there is no way that the controller will fall off of the charger. The charger has a firm flat base and a groove that the controller sits down in. No way it’s coming out. It glows orange when the controller is charging and glows black when it’s done. I am skeptical about buying tech from 3rd party vendors but I am glad I pulled the trigger on this one. Only thing that would make this better is if it were lower in price. No one would even look for the Sony one.
