First off, both cases are very similar and there are only a few minor differences between them, each have their good and bad points.
What I noticed first about the Ringke is that the plastic has a "softer" feel which I like better than the spigen. Some of the reviews on here say that the edges on theirs were sharp. I guess they've revised the fusion case as mine has no sharp edges. After putting it on, I immediately pressed the buttons. What a difference! You can feel and the button click, unlike the spigen. Lastly, the cut-outs are what I have an issue with. THe bottom is fine, as the speaker holes and mircoUSB cut-outs line up perfectly. The only problem is the headphone jack is too small. I have one pair of headphones that fit as it has a narrow profile compared to most headphone plugs, but my other pair of headphones don't fit. It's not a big issue for me as I usually use bluetooh headphones, but it would have been nice if it was a tad larger.
Overall I like the Ringke Fusion better than the spigen just due to the fact that Spigen as the button pressing better. Yes, it's that much better. Also, bonus for the Ringke Fusion has a place to attach a strap of a phone charm if that's your thing. I have a small spiderman that I may attach to my phone.
Also, I have a spigen glass.r screen protector on my phone and it is not affected by this case.
Edit: Seems like the clear plastic on the Ringke is more prone to get scratches. I only got small hairline scratches on my spigen that were only noticeable upon close examination, and after only a day with my Ringke I have a scratch thats deeper than a hairline.
The back is as smooth as the Gorilla Glass on the front, and it's supposedly somewhat scratch resistant too... but what I didn't see advertised, and it's my favorite feature - there are basically feet on the corners that keep the back off the table, so I don't have to worry about exactly *how* scratch resistant the crystal clear glossy plastic is. It makes my white Nexus look even better. The lip on the front is just tall enough too, to let me rest the phone face down without worry.
This case went on easily and fits well, and like everyone, I wish it were a little thinner, but, again I won't mark it down. It's not THAT thick, it's just that it isn't a skin, it's a case. I can't be thicker than 1.5mm on each wall. The only cases I've seen that were thinner than that were cheap silicone skins. It literally can't be any thinner and still do what it was designed to do, so it's fine. Remember, this case is supposed to protect a $400 dollar item, and has to be thick enough to do so, especially in the corners.
If there is a negative, it's that the DIY template is the exact size of the backing, so you'll need to cut outside the lines rather than inside them, but I don't plan on using anything for a while anyway I want to show off my white Nexus! Caution though, if you have a white Nexus too: If you're using a printed image in your case, take care to be mindful of moisture getting to the paper around the camera-hole, I'd worry that ink may run/transfer onto the white backing.
To begin with the TPU bumpers are about twice as thick as they were on the Nexus 4 case. Those beautiful slim bezels on the Nexus 5? You're gonna lose them, it adds a good 2-3 mm to each side. Rummaging through the cutouts for the ports is comparable to spelunking, this is how deep the sides and bottom are. Pack a flashlight.
On the topic of the sides, the case doesn't have the most flush or tight fit. On one side of my case the plastic ringing the display is adequately hidden by the TPU overhang, on the other the edge is quite exposed. Simply put, it's not that precisely made. Unlike the amazing fit of the Nexus 4 case, with it's almost trademark tightness and death-grip, this is a bit more of a weak and clammy handshake. I honestly wouldn't be that surprised to see a corner of the phone pop out on a drop.
On the plus sides, the texture of the TPU is quite nice, very clean feeling. The cutout for the acrylic back is well shaped, without any excess flash or gaps. The window seems to be pushing against the back of the Nexus 5 pretty hard, though. It's even worse than the flat-backed Nexus 4 at making dark oil spots against the clear acrylic.
Honestly, I can't really recommend the case to anyone. If you want something to protect your phone from heavy damage, this isn't the case for you. The TPU doesn't come nearly enough up over the edge of the display to qualify for that degree of protection, and the flat acrylic back isn't going to provide any shock resistance to the back of the phone. There are much better choices in that regard. If you are after a nice thin case, this isn't the case for you. The TPU is far thicker around the bezels than it needs to be, but still doesn't come up over the edges far enough to secure the phone as well as a cheap and thin plastic case does. Get yourself a Ringke Slim or Ultra Fit Spigen case. If you are after a case with medium levels of protection at medium thickness there are still better choices, chief among them the Spigen Neo Hybrid.
I used to be a pretty die-hard Ringke fan, but the bigger they get the less they seem to care about the actual quality of their products.

Annoyingly, the headphone hole is a little too small for the headphones I use, so I have to take the phone out of the case to be able to listen to music.
Glass of my phone is still scratch-free after a couple of months use, thanks to the raised lip that protects the glass from touching the table when a phone is placed face down.
My girlfriend bought a HTC Desire 610 but annoyingly Rinke don't make a case for these [at time of posting review] so had to settle for some cheap generic unbranded case that isn't as good as this Rinke Fusion.
Pretty good protection and stylish looks. Worth it. Only makes your phone a lil bulky. A very good option. :).
Really good stuff, well packe, perfect fitand does its job. if you can afford it go for it and black would be the best choice goes really well with the black phone.Overall this case is completely worth your money. No second thoughts.
If your planning to buy it and are thinking coz of its cost factor close your eyes and go for it coz it's really worthy for your nexus!!
