Blog postThere are many different ways that people choose to stimulate their brain activity. One of them that seems to be getting a great deal of attention these days is called aromatherapy. This involves lighting candles or heating up oils with various types of scents on them. These scents will trigger a variety of reactions from the brain that are positive in nature. Blog postWhy do we stay in our comfort zone? Because our comfort zone is the stress-free zone we are used to. It’s what is familiar. It’s also the place where we are the most dissatisfied with our life.
When we stay in our comfort zone, we are forcing ourselves to stay stagnant. We’re afraid to change for fear of what could happen. Our brains are trained to keep us safe so we stay in our comfort zone instead of facing the unknown.

WHOLENESS: Your Complete Guide to All-Natural Holistic Wellness (Berryhill Method: Body, Mind, Soul & Nest Book 2)
Jul 27, 2018
$3.99
(previously published as Wholeness, by Nicole Weyant)
We have forgotten about wellness. We really have.
Traditional Western medicine's attitude towards wellness is built on the assumption that the body and the mind are separate. They are not joined, they are not related in any way, but they are separate. Just as importantly, whatever treatments are created for either body or mind, have to be based on biochemical compounds.
This idea of the body and mind being separate has led to doctors treating the symptoms but overlooking the disease.
But it's impossible to treat the body without addressing the mind and the spirit.
In fact, people get really antsy and uncomfortable the moment the idea of spirit enters any conversation.
It's like it's completely off-limits to "credible" scientific investigation.
The typical diagnosis for physical ailments leaves out the attitude, mindset as well as emotional configuration of the patient.
It's only been recently that general-practice physicians have factored in lifestyle considerations.
With this book:
You are going to understand the importance of Lifestyle.
You will learn to identify lifestyle inputs.
You will understand the spiritual component of wellness.
You can begin to understand the body-and-mind connection.
You are going to learn exactly how to live a more empowered life.
To make it easy, I've put together a step-by-step guide that will show you exactly how it's done...

Many people think of illness as defining disease of the body, and mental illness as defining disease of the mind. More and more however we are viewing the person from a holistic perspective, or from a “biopsychosocial” viewpoint. (Bio for life, psycho for mind, social for society and social environment). Therefore, “mind” and “body” are not separate. One affects the other. They are interrelated and part of the same whole being.
In this primer, Dr. Berryhill presents several ways we can maintain a balanced approach to health by focusing on our mind, body, spirit and lifestyle.
