Product Description
Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon takes place in a fictional, demon-ridden Western European city towards the end of the 19th century. The story focuses on a knight protector named Alushe and her two childhood friends - Liliana, a kind-hearted priestess, and Ruhenheid, a holy knight of the Lourdes Order. While guarding Liliana, Alushe is ambushed and killed only to later awaken as an artificial half-demon at the hands of the New Curia, a religious organization with dark ties. In the company of a variety of unlikely allies with their own pasts and agendas, Alushe's strong desire to save Liliana gives her the strength to scatter the shadows shrouding the world and motivation to uncover the shocking truth behind the mysterious Queen of the Moon.

The graphics are great on handheld, but when docked it just looks like the same resolution. As a result you can see the "jaggies." Super noticeable in the hair textures. Graphics are pretty inconsistent, sometimes you get some amazing scenes other times you get something super iffy like the menu.
Voice acting is top stuff, great that it's subbed.

In my opinion, the make-or-break aspect of this game would depend on your feelings about the light "Yuri" elements of this game. The all-girl cast often regard each other as a bit more than friends but it's not heavy fan service like you'd find in a Senran Kagura title. Yuri in Western console titles is not common, so I'd say it's a selling feature and the pivot upon whether you might enjoy this title.
As far as all of the "buggy" complaints go, I played through without any major problems and thought it was fine. Biggest issue was the button mapping was lazy: the "confirm" and "back" inputs are backwards and counter-intuitive.
