I like Sonic games but I decided that it was time to look for something new. I always wanted to play this game when I first saw NiGHTS appear on the Sonic Adventure DX game. If you're looking for a different kind of game or if your loveeee fantasy games, try this one. This game is really unique. The storyline is cool. It's really colorful and vibrant. I like all the different missions in this game. It seems like it's a game that you can't be bored with because of this. I like the fact that you're flying around in the game which is different from most games that I've played. l'm not a big fan of the graphics. It could be better but hey, it's nintendo so what do you expect? Lol. The boss battles are confusing though :/. The controls are hard at first but then you eventually get better at it. So far so good though. Good job Sega team.

This game is one kind exclusive, it was fairly cheap in price but totally worth it. The item arrive fast but the box was in poor condition, so I replaced the box to make it look like new. The game was not scratched so I was happy. The instruction book was a little bent but not to bad. Overall I'm very happy with the merchandise.

If you enjoyed the original saturn game and you have a classic controller you will be right at home. The wii specific controls do work as well as one would hope. You can get by using them but having a classic controller is definatly the way to go with this game.
The graphics are bright and vibrant and pretty decent for a wii game. This is no mario galaxy but it is no budget shareware either.
The newly added platforming elements of both the main children character should have been left out. They are uninspiring, clunky and just plain unneeded. This is a dream world... That is reason enough they should not have to lumber around, why not have them fly smoothly like there counter part Nights.
If you loved the original pick this up. If you did not play or know of the original on the saturn you may want to pass this one by. It is a great game but also a different kind of game. Picture a racing game with a touch of platformer in a 3-d world on a 2-d plane throw in a lot of flash and loops. If that sounds like something interesting then grab it for sure because it is just as magical as it was when it came out for the saturn!

First, the bad things about this game that nobody can seem to resist talking about. The Wiimote IR-cursor controls are a challenge to learn, although a Nunchuk; Classic Controller or Gamecube controller fixes that right up (my favorite's the nunchuk). Very occasionally, yes, the framerate does skip. Of course, the game has the crap-tastic dialogue and plot we've come to expect from Sonic Team. And yes, it does have platforming levels starring Will and Helen in there somewhere, although I've only played on such mission in three levels of play (where each level has four missions and a boss).
The levels themselves are works of art in graphics, music, and gameplay. Flying is fun and easy (even more fun and easy than my actual flight dreams, since those don't have dashes, paraloops, link rings, or blue chips), and variations on the theme add spice. This is a game of the old school of video games: you may pick the Wiimote up and learn to fly in two minutes, and you may beat each character's (there's only two) story in about a day of hardcore gaming, but this new entry to the "classics" shelf will keep you coming back time and time again to try to rack up higher link counts and high scores with complete disregard for its lack of moral philosophy a la Bioshock or overextended story a la Every Final Fantasy Game Ever.
My only real complaints are that it's too short and you can't skip cutscenes.

The game I am completely new at I hate using the Wii Remote myself like the one reviewer posted I am 23 reviewing from my moms account since she let's me do this. I am stuck with one boss on the game but over all it's fantastic I'm still trying to practice flying through the rings and my ranks are rapidly improving. The cover displayed on here is accurately detailed and I love the artwork on the disc if you're looking for a game you call new and want to try it out it's worth it based on your opinion!

This is a very good game. The majority of the missions involve flying around as NiGHTS chasing birds for keys (not as daunting as you would think, I promise), racking up points through Links, and other miscellaneous missions that vary.
It is not like the original NiGHTS into Dreams in which you do the same thing in every level, but if you enjoyed flying through rings majestically collecting chips and racking up points, you'll certainly enjoy this game!
"Just go over and touch NiGHTS. You'll see what I mean. That is, if you're into that sort of thing."
--------
As a sidenote, I would HIGHLY recommend a Nintendo GameCube controller, a Classic Controller, or a Nunchuck. It's very difficult controlling NiGHTS with the remote since we all know that the Wii remote is so friggin' glitchy.

I used to be a NiGHTS fan. Now I'm a NiGHTS super fan! This game will take you on a wild adventure. It's very fun and challenging. You get to be Will/Helen and NiGHTS. The graphics aren't super good, but they're okay. I have a Wii U, and it lowers the graphics on all Wii games. The edges on the characters are a little rough, but it's only really noticeable in the cut-scenes. The music in the dream-gate is super relaxing. Some levels are more challenging than others. I played it for five hours straight, which is a lot for me. Highly recommend for any NiGHTS lover!

As an avid and longtime fan of the prequel "NiGHTS Into Dreams," this sequel is exactly what I'd expect from such wonderful artists. The new music is especially poignant, although you will certainly hear the classic theme! Although the new style of completing levels deviates from the original game, there are some creative levels that have you explore the worlds on foot as the two new children walk through their dreams. A must-get!

Came as advertised, game worked great.
The game itself is really fun, and I'd highly recommend it for fans of the original. I used to play the first game a lot, and this scratched my itch for more of the same. Having voice acting takes a little while to get used to, but it's kinda charming, honestly. The online portion won't work now that the Wii networks have been disabled, but there wasn't a lot to it anyways. Minor connectivity for weather updates for a living garden thing, and you could visit other gardens online.
Control options are great, as well. You can either play with just the Wiimote(not good), Wiimote+Nunchuk(good), Wii Classic controller(good, or, if your Wii has the ports for it, you can even use a Gamecube controller!
I have yet to finish the game, but from what I've played, the music is good and gameplay is fun.
