I've worn them for races of all distances from 5k to half marathons and they were just as comfortable at the beginning of the race as they were at the end. No hotspots or blisters, no lost toenails on long runs.
Not a ton of arch support or padding underfoot, so probably not the shoe for you if you need a lot of support or cushioning. They are certainly a little more delicate than some other shoes I've run in, and I did have an issue with the tongue tearing after a number of wears, which may have been more user induced than faulty design...
Overall, a fantastic shoe. Not to mention they look pretty awesome.
They have a good combination of being:
They feel great and look great. I would recommend these sneakers!
This is my 2nd pair of Nike 4.0 fly knit. My other pair has a main color of bright crimson with an orange mix.
They are comfortable, almost like going without shoes. I'm a big guy, with a football player's build. In my opinion, these running shoes don't have enough out-sole shock absorption for someone my size, therefore, i only use them for casual wear, not exercise.
They were delivered in the time frame advertised.
My only issue with these is the tongue of the shoe. It's a thin, stiff fabric and if you're wearing low cut socks, it rests above the sock on the ankle. On my right foot, it rubbed during a run and I have a cut at that spot now.
