Ok after some crimping.

Needed this to complete a fog light install on my Honda Civic. Worked well, did have an issue with the red wire not being crimped in the fuse block. Happened to pull on the wire and it pulled right out. Cut off the heat shrink, and sure enough it was never crimped on the wire. Crimped the wire and used electrical tape to reinsulate. Shouldn't have had to do that, that's why I knocked down a star. The added photo shows how this thing is wired. Wasn't clear to me, so I used a meter to find the commons. The left blade in the pic should be used for power. Hope this helps.

Now for the product it self, No complaints at all. Do a little research and ohm out the connections to make sure everything is how it should be. Attached I drew a crude drawing over how it should be wired up. You want the side with no wire to be on the 12v live side, you can use a muiltimeter to check what side is + and which side is ground in your fuse box, the reason for this is so the fuse is actually effective otherwise it wont work as intended because the acc wont work properly. So make sure its in correctly. The fuses work perfect in my setup too. I added fog lights to my 2017 Chevy Cruze the DIY way to avoid paying 5 times more at a dealership. The crimp does work but me personally I soldered everything because I did have to make a custom harness for my application. I still would recommend soldering the connection. Only thing I would have liked is if they used a copper wire instead of the what I am assuming aluminum wire, but for vehicle use for something like lights or like gauges it wont be a problem.
My overall review is great product 5/5 but should have had better quality control before shipping 2/5 but can be resolved when contacting amazon directly even though it was avoidable to begin with.

Works great but one issue....

So this worked great in my application. Only issue (which has been resolved) is my original order I only received 1 out of the 10 adapters with no fuses. So I called amazon support to resolve it, they next day shipped it and I received it, the lady on the line said that I did not need to return the original order due to the fact that it was only 1 of the 10 and no fuses were included. So everything is all good. Except 1 month later I receive an email claiming I never sent back the "faulty order" and that I'd be charge again. So I call up support again to explain what happened and was refunded and that there shouldve been a note in the case about this but there was not. Everything in the end was resolved but kinda irritating that all of this could have been prevented if quality control of processing the original order was better and making sure everything that was supposed to be in the package was actually there in the first place....By Eric on May 23, 2019

Only received 1 with no fuses

This shows that the package includes 10 add-a-circuits and 10 15 amp fuses. Once I received my package I only received 1 add-a-circuit and no fuses. Very dissatisfied. $9 for 10 seemed that a great deal. They only reason I bought this. If I knew I would have only gotten 1 like I did I would have ordered a single one on eBay for $1.50. After calming down from spending $9 on 1 I read the reviews and found I am not the first person with this same problem which made me even madder. READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.
