I’ve been determined to branch out with my tastes and my cooking skills for awhile now and when I stumbled upon Persian Fusion while clicking around on Amazon I thought this was the ideal place to start. Despite some of the ingredients and methods of preparation being unfamiliar I found the steps easy to follow and the results are fantastic. I think by stepping outside of my kitchen comfort zone I’ve really boosted my confidence and plan to work my way through all of the authors range of diverse cookery books to get the most that I can out of great food from around the world.
