    Discovering the Ninja Creami has been a real eye opener for me. I've got a 20 lb Cuisinart ice cream maker in my pantry that never gets used because it's just not convenient enough and the results aren't nearly as good as ice cream shop ice cream. Getting a good result is hit or miss. The Creami is a much better solution in nearly every respect. The only negative is you must wait 24 hours before you can enjoy the resulting ice cream, but that's a small price to pay. Plus, the Creami is easily the most versatile machine of its type to ever be invented. It will even make chocolate cake frosting and nearly an infinite variety of mix-in ice creams, gelatos, sorbets, etc.

    So, once I bought the Creami my attention immediately turned to cookbooks. The Ninja website lists lots of recipes, but going online just isn't as convient for me as opening a cookbook and placing it on my book stand on my kitchen countetop. So, I researched all the options on Amazon and Google and was able to determine one thing. There are lots of Creami cookbooks out there and the authors either don't really understand the machine or their readership and what they actually want and need. This "official" Creami recipe book is the exception. I spent probably 2 hours pouring over the recipe pages and every single one made perfect sense to me. Comparatively speaking this cookbook read more like a classic novel compared to the others. It could not be more professionally written and to anyone who is a serious cook this is really saying something. I whole heartedly recommend this cookbook without reservations. JD

    I'm sure this book is fine for most people but if you bought a Creami to make healthier ice cream options, this book isn't for you. Plus the ingredients for these recipes will cost you far more than premium store brand ice creams wpr pint.
