Dinner: Fresh chicken legs, fresh corn on the cob, fresh potatoes. Nothing precooked or pre-made. Everything fresh - no preservatives, no additives.Dinner cook time was 14 MINUTES on the Steam-Crisp function. No kidding. Chicken juicy and tender inside and skin golden and crispy.Potatoes and corn steamed to perfection. Potatoes creamed with Half and Half after cooking.(FYI..Broil function is great for toast and toasted hamburger buns with crisper tray in top position.)Will be storing (or gifting) the 6 qt. roaster, crock pots, steamer, and rice cooker because I no longer need them.Other than the oven for larger baking pans, (such as large bundt pans, muffin pans, pullman pan, etc.) the Speedi and Instant Pot will cover 85% of my cooking needs, And I won't heat up the kitchen with either of them. That's a bonus!I'm looking forward to proofing bread dough in the Speedi and the Sous Vide function. But it can do much more.This Ninja purchase and the Instant Pot are my best purchases in 10 years of using Amazon.

My stove is giving out and my leasing office tried to replace it with a worse one. The air fryer I got for Christmas died in March. This was delivered two weeks ago. Everything I have made has been phenomenal! The first meal I made was chicken parmesan and pasta. I was apprehensive about steam being able to crisp the chicken.
The chicken was PERFECT in 15 minutes. The pasta was done at the same time. The flavors were spot on.
I have barely used my oven or stove in two weeks.
So far, I have made chicken parm, frozen hamburger patties for cheeseburgers, boxed mac and cheese, oat meal, bacon, scrambled eggs, the best hard boiled eggs, ever, chicken stew, fried chicken, pasta, oatmeal and tonight, I baked bread with the steam and bake feature. I slow cooked taco meat. It came out so wonderful. It reminded me of old school Taco Bell. The chicken stew was slow cooked. The carrots and potatoes maintained their integrity and didn't get mushy.
I bought this for the air fryer, but have only used that feature twice!

The oven heats my house up to sweltering yuck. The Speedi doesn't at all! My electric bill was lower, also. I am so pleased with this purchase.

The only cons are the size (takes a lot of counter space) and there are no handles to lift the pan out. They recommend using silicone tip tongs to remove the crisper tray. Removing that should be much easier than it is. Other than those minor things, I give this 10 stars!

I LOVE Ninja products hands down. The Speedi, however, is my favorite so far. It's "fries" pork chops like no tomorrow. I'm totally mistified by how this thing works. You put your starch or veggies in the bottom and your protein on top. The crisper tray has holes all over in it so the air can flow freely. I used bone-in pork chops (which had a good rim of fat around the edge) and was concerned about the fat dripping into my rice on the bottom and making it too greasy. That never happened. Don't ask me how because I have no clue. My rice was perfect and fluffy and NOT greasy and the pork chops were fantastic. Maybe the grease went to little grease trap heaven. All I know is it wasn't in my rice. If you don't have one you're missing out. Entire meals done in 30 minutes. I love it. It didn't come with a manual and recipe book but I went online and easily downloaded the pdf. It has a dedicated website where you can build your own recipes. Just choose your protein, starch, seasonings, and so forth and it will give you a full recipe. Great for when you aren't sure what to cook.

This thing is fantastic and the price was rock bottom when I bought it. If I could manage it I would give them as gifts. The seller delivered early too and that's always a plus. I would definitely buy from this seller again and if you haven't yet used a Ninja product this is the perfect place to start.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this rapid cooker from Ninja. I have their outdoor woodfire grill, and the outdoor woodfire oven, so when I was able to purchase this I almost didn't thinking the last thing I needed was another kitchen appliance. I am SO GLAD I went for the purchase! This cooker is so different that the others I mentioned as it truly is capable of cooking an all in one meal for myself and my husband as well as our family when they come for dinner. I was a bit nervous with learning how to use this because of all the different settings, but it is really easy. I did go on YouTube to watch how to use it and then I watched many of the cooks make different meals, so that is really helpful. There is also a great app that Ninja offers where you just add your base, protein, veggies, spices, etc... and it formulates a recipe with instructions on how to cook it. It is very easy to clean. It is large for the counters, but well worth the loss of space. However, what I do is put a large cutting board over my stovetop and place the Ninaji on there to cook. It works like a charm. My best advice is to purchase it and search "how tos" on Youtube and Instagram for more instruction. It is such a game changer!!

I love the Ninja Speedi. Its very compact for everything it does. The only thing I didn't like to use was the Dehydrate for strawberries, because it takes too long (8 hours) and the strawberries still soft. But I loved the rest of the functions.

So, I was looking for a bigger air fryer and our anniversary was coming up, so I researched all the current air fryers out there and found this one. My hubby got it for our anniversary. I haven't gone back to stove cooking since I got it. It's super easy to clean. I have made burgers, steak, chicken, rice, pasta, & veggies in it as well as fries, chicken patties and other snacks that we would normally just put in the microwave. All crisp and/or crunchy. It's so easy to use that my son uses it all the time too.

The only negative is that you need to be careful when the lid is up because you could burn yourself or if you are not careful you could burn yourself trying to take the basket it out. I know my son did it. But not enough of a negative to have 4 four stars.

I also use the app to find recipes for items that I already have in the freezer, fridge and/or pantry. It's so nice to come home and prep a meal - protein, rice/pasta, veggies & it is all done at the same time - 15 minutes. I made chicken alfredo with broccoli last night and it was simple, delicious and the clean-up was one pan which made it quick and simple. I love this 12 in one cooking appliance. I've also used the sauté setting and that was great as well.

However, I haven't use many of the other settings, but my next try is to bake a cake, some bread, and trying the dehydrating setting. I highly recommend it.
