Anyway, the case is marvelous. The velcro straps hold the detachable mini-case very snugly, and when the big case is zipped up, no amount of shaking dislodges the mini-case. There are over 21 pockets for both DS and 3DS games, and two additional pockets on the outside of the mini-case. Inside the big case, there is also a mesh compartment and a larger pocket. I think you can put your earbuds and/or car charger in the mesh pocket, and perhaps your AR cards (or, in my case, two GBA game cartidges) in the larger pocket. The mini-case has a simple but secure fold over top that attaches with velcro. As I mentioned earlier, I have to fiddle with the mini-case a bit to fit my XL inside, but it seems as though a regular-sized 3DS would fit with no problems.
This is a great product. It is well made and seems quite durable. My only complaint is that this case has not yet been made for the 3DS XL yet. Obviously I love this product anyway, seeing as I'm making it work.
UPDATE (11/29/2012): As much as I love this product, I did cave in and buy a case that fits my 3DS XL like a glove. I found it here on Amazon. It's the official Nintendo Travel Case for DSi and DSi XL. It is not marketed for the 3DS XL, but let me tell you, it fits perfectly.Read more ›
The pouch that holds the console is held in place with Velcro meaning that it's a simple matter to pop it out and leave the bulkier portion of the Pull and Go Folio behind. Under the flap you'll find two additional elastic cartridge slots which is a nice touch (meaning that the entire carrying case can technically hold 29 cartridges). The 27 cartridge slots in the main portion of the case are arranged in three "pages" in a 9x9 grid. The elastic holds them reasonably securely but still allows them to slide easily in and out.
While I do wish there was a little more room for accessories, I do think it's otherwise a top-notch product. I'm very happy with it.
This new case includes a very nice pouch for a charger (already bought a spare for travel) and the cartridge storage pockets are made of taught elastic, not the flimsy mesh crap of my old case. I also like that you can take out the mini case so you can have the 3DS and your 3 favorite, or at least 3 current, games easily available.
The only downside I can really see for the case, and this is really reaching for a downside, is there is no dedicated spot to tuck the AR Cards. No real biggie though, just toss them between the Game Cart Pages.
Now to wait for the 3DS itself!
My only complaint is how frustrating it is to store the power cable. The stretchy elastic that keeps the cable from falling out of the pouch also makes it difficult to remove the cable when desired. At least in my case, I can only barely stretch the elastic open wide enough to remove the brick part of the cable.
I also manage to store ~5 game pamphlets between the game slot pages easily, though there is no extra storage or strap to hold these in place.
* Lots of game slots
* Securely holds games and 3DS
* 3DS easily slides in and out of it's storage case
* Square form factor is easy to pack and carry
* Elastic on the accessories pouch makes it difficult to remove the power cable

A very nice way to transport your Nintendo 3DS...HOWEVER it does not have the 3DS logo on it. False image advertising.
The label stitched on is DS, not 3DS. Read more
This item I got wasn't as described. I bought this for my standard sized *new* N3DS system. With everyone saying it WOULD NOT fit an XL system, I expected it to be smaller in... Read morePublished 3 months ago by Amazon Customer
An extremely strong case with plenty of storage for games. In my experience it fits the 3DS and the "smaller" new 3DS. Read morePublished 4 months ago by Colin
Nice travel case, holds a lot of games. Like others have said, the zipper and the fabric it's attached to is a little flimsy and it may take two hands to zip it up. Read morePublished 5 months ago by Dustin Cohenour
For how much I paid for this product, it doesn't even hold the 3DS system! Very displeased with this product.Published 8 months ago by Kiera Phelps
This was a gift for my brother, he love it. Great quality in materials. It's made from synthetic fabric, but it's very soft and great to the touch.Published 9 months ago by JTNTZ

I thought it was a larger size. Returned because it did not meet my needs. Very nice product, just not large enough.Published 11 months ago by Sandra Osteen
