Wrong Color, Dirty and damaged

In the image and description it is red. I receieved it blue and i can't imagine my little sister putting these on her ears. It is so dirty, the dirt won't even come off. The pad on the ears are ripped and it disintegrates when you touch it. I am so dissappointed on the price and quality and false advertising for this product. They work and the volume is great, but very dissapointed.

These headphones work just fine, and they sure are comfortable, but the hinge locking the headphones does not seem to be present, but this does not prove too much of a difficulty.
