The UV-visible paint marker makes an invisible paint mark that glows bright blue when viewed with a UV or black light, making it ideal for security, quality control, tamper-proofing, and anti-counterfeiting processes. The permanent invisible liquid paint dries quickly to provide long-lasting, weather- and wear-resistant marks. Xylene-free paint reduces user health risks and eliminates California Proposition 65, EPA HAPS and SARA 313 concerns in the U.S.A. Fast drying formula reduces smearing. Dura-Nib medium bullet tip resists wear to provide long marking life. Durable metal barrel and clip cap reduce breakage and stores easily in pocket. Marking range: -50°F to 150°F (-46°C to 66°C). Made in U.S.A.

Not sure how long this marker will last me, but I estimate that so far I have written approximately 500 or more 2-inch tall letters with this pen, and it still puts out ink as solid as it did when I first got it. Worth it!
Update: Marks left by this pen still react very strongly to UV light! I've noticed that using it on dyed fabrics may cause some of the color to bleed into the felt of the pen tip though, which causes the pen to become slightly discolored. Now, anything I write on with this pen isn't 100% clear, but instead has a very slight (and I mean VERY slight) haze to it. So, in summary, just be careful using this on dyed fabric as it might stain the pen. But otherwise, still perfect!
Haven't tried on metal or plastic yet, or tried to wash off of anything.
Writes pretty well but the tip can flood out a LARGE pool of ink when priming... best to prime it on a disposable surface away from your work.
Not entirely invisible on many surfaces, especially so on non-porous things like metal and plastic. Disappears completely on many items, it's a trial and error process. Overall I recommend it.
Tip: Switch on a UV lamp when writing so you can see what you're doing.
