I already had used Nite White and had the trays so I knew what to expect -- whiter teeth. I like this better than the overnight strength but it may be too strong for some. Also, just take the syringe tip off the empty and use for the next one -- then you won't waste the whitener that is in the tip.

I use this with molds made by my dentist.

Initially I purchased nite-white thru my dentist, but he sold at a price almost 4 times more than I can get it on the web (it discounts 75% or so if you really shop).

I drink coffee by the gallon, and have teeth that are susceptible to staining.

Using nite white for 1 hour, on consecutive days, gets the teeth as white as can be. That doesn't mean pure white teeth for everyone, because some teeth are naturally brighter white than others.

I do my teeth every 3 months, or whenever I think they need it.

It really works as advertised, and is safe when properly used. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Use only the tiniest drop for each tooth (the package shows the actual size drop you should use). Using too much is not a smart thing - don't even try it.

My aunt is my dentist and made custom trays for me for Christmas one year with bleach. I had tried white strips, etc, but had to discontinue after a few days because my teeth are extremely sensitive. I can use this system with no problem, it took probably a week and a half of daily use until my teeth white. I use it every few months now to touch up, for just a few days. I get compliments on my white teeth all the time. This product is easy to use and really delivers. One syringe is about 7-8 uses, so it really lasts, and this is a great price!

I previously purchased this type of item from my dentist. However, the is a much lower cost than what I was paying. One suggestion: make sure you check the expiration date on the product that you order.

This product is a complete ripoff!!! I've used NiteWhite several times before and have had fantastic results. However this is the first time I bought what I thought was NiteWhite from Smilemedic and am VERY disappointed. This looks like the exact same NiteWhite packaging so of course how can it not be. Well it certainly is NOT NiteWhite 22%. The bottom line is that it basically has been diluted or watered down. You're getting syringes of white paste that have no peroxide in it!!! I tried emailing and calling this company and got no response. Even put a claim with Amazon. Please save your money or if you want white teeth order from Denist.net ([...]) They are the best and I'll go back to ordering from them . Why I thought I should trust this shady (pardon the pun)company is beyond me.

The NiteWhite ACP 22% Carbamide Peroxide Whitening Gel which I purchased on Amazon did not seem to be as effective as the product I had purchased at my dentist a while ago (for a much higher price). That was called Excel3 Nite White Z-CP by Discus Dental. I guess I need to read the fine print before I purchase online and make sure it is an equivalent product.

I have been using NiteWhite for more years than I can recall, and have always been extremely impressed and happy. But this time, with this product, I was anything but. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find these skinny syringes that held far less than half the amount of product I'd been used to for all these years. And with no reduction in price.

After reading through a number of other descriptions and reviews of this same product, I discovered that the full-size syringes I was accustomed to are 2.4 ml, and those products that offer this size specifically say so. If the description doesn't tell you what size the syringe is, you can and should assume it's the really small size. This product is the really small size.

And don't fall for the repackaging of this product that they're now calling ZOOM. Actually, don't fall for the packaging they show you of any of them, because that's not what you'll necessarily get, as many reviewers have noted, and now they "mention" this might occur in the description, too.

What they don't tell you, is that some of this product is counterfeit and doesn't work at all. That's why you see some reviews from really unhappy customers - it's not them, they received a counterfeit product. The company that fulfilled the ZOOM I got was SmileMedic, and I wouldn't trust them ever again, and neither should you.

When I called Amazon about it, they couldn't have been nicer about it and refunded my money immediately. I offered to send the rest of it back so they could have it tested to prove that it's counterfeit, because Amazon doesn't need to get the reputation for selling counterfeit products. Until they get this straightened out with SmileMedic, I suggest you save yourself the grief and don't buy anything from that company, and if the stuff you get from anyone else is counterfeit too, let Amazon know.

I think you get what you pay for and in this case these were the least expensive on Amazon. Sure the expiration date on the back says they haven't expired but I've used all of the applications and none of them seemed to be effective. I didn't get that bubbly feeling when wearing the trays nor did I get any sensitivity to my teeth like I usually would if fresh product. I wouldn't buy this again from this buyer because I really feel it's probably old stuff.
