Format: Audio CD
Being the brainchild of Bob 'Fifth Kiss Member' Kulick this is a long lost gem of a CD. Enlisting Dennis St James on vocals (who had joined Kulick on Paul Stanley's solo club tour of the late eighties as bassist) , Bobby Rock ex- Vinnie Vincent Invasion and Kjell Benner (who?) on bass, this is very solid melodic hard rock very much in the Kiss tradition and very similar to the Graham Bonnett/Joe Lynn Turner phase Rainbow. An amalgam of balls to the wall rockers such as "Breaking the Chains" and "Guitar Commandos" (featuring brother Bruce Kulick) it is the more refined moments that are the finest moments. Take for example "Loser's Game" which is stylish AOR with everything going for it. "This Side of Paradise" is nearly as good with great vocals from St James who comes across like James Christian from melodic rock titans "House Of lords". Recommended for lovers of eighties Kiss and the subsequent splinter groups and of course later line up Rainbow.
