I came across this album because im a huge KMK fan, and heard the reference to humble gods in an old song. anyway, i bought this album four years ago and it's still one of my favorites. a true example of old school south-cali skate punk. every track on this album is good, except the ICP song, just isnt up to par with the rest of the album. But overall, if you like social distortion, or rancid, or nofx, then you should love this album. as it is their best work ever.

I got this cd around 5 years ago, and I still love it. Very catchy So-Cal punk. Brad X's voice is super rugged and fits the face paced dirty punk well. Deffinately recommended!

*[LA California (probably rich)kids trying to find something to be mad about, what is there to be mad about when the sun shines like all the time and California girls that we wish they all could b surround u, its a good album they find just enough to be angry about to make it work, -being stuck in Detroit as i am you can find More* punk inspiration Believe Me, 'n if you like NY/hardcore TYPE stuff u don't like most not- so-angry mainstream punk anyway right? So this album would not b for u!! 'ICP(insane clown posse) appears on this album but only* in a voice over and when i bought this cd years ago it was marked w a huge sticker on it saying Featuring -Insane Clown Posse* n it was a let down to see **ALL it was is a simple lil voice over part. Yet n still there is a cool cover of Tom Petty's classic: American Girl, done in gritty punk style THAT IS THIS CD'S HIGH POINT. Def. SO worth buying especially if you can get it used. It at least has more edge than THE all american rejects n blink n my chemical n stuff that supposedly fits the punk motif these days. I RECOMMEND BUYING A SUICIDE MACHINES CD AS OPPOSED TO HUMBLE GODS
