Geez. Sparkling bows, frilly bows, silly bows. Hugo is so mad at the darned bows, he runs away. But he misses Milly. And he sees another kind of bow in a pet store window.
Will Hugo convince Milly to let him wear a different kind of bow which the other dogs won't laugh at. Read this and find out. The illustrations will remind you of the 1950's-60's in a pleasant way. There is a fun spirit about the book, and children will enjoy the plot.
