Regain your confidence chopping and slicing with gloves made of materials 4x stronger than leather
NoCry cut resistant gloves let you handle your grater, knives, and mandolin without worrying if you’ll need to bandage a finger or worse… make a trip to the ER. Made of food safe ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, glass fibre, and Spandex, these gloves have been designed to resist cuts from even the sharpest blades. You can feel secure in knowing they have an EN388 Level 5 cut protection rating. Your NoCry gloves will reduce the likelihood of sustaining serious injury if accidents happen.
Work faster and safer with gloves that fit like a second skin
What’s more of a hassle than working slowly because you’re afraid you’ll cut yourself? It’s trying to maneuver a blade with an ill fitting glove on your hand. That’s why NoCry cut resistant gloves come in 3 sizes - Small, Medium, Large - to ensure a snug fit. The elastic material in your NoCry gloves makes keeping a firm grip on slippery and awkward items a snap. You’ll be able to complete tasks more quickly and accurately while avoiding nicks and cuts.
Get superior protection against sharp blades without sacrificing comfort
NoCry gloves are ultra-thin, soft against the skin, and highly elastic. Weighing less than an ounce, they have none of the bulk found in other gloves on the market offering the same protection. Prepare food or work on jobs requiring precision with complete dexterity. You’ll never feel like you’re wearing armour on your hands or auditioning for a part on Game of Thrones. Because every order includes 2 ambidextrous gloves, save one for meal prep and use the second for your other blade friendly jobs. Even better - get more than one pair!

Note: My palm circumference is just over 7.5" inches (19 cm)
NoCry contacted me, offered a refund, and informed me when the large size would be available. They even let me keep the gloves! I ordered the large size and they fit my hands fine. Added two stars for excellent customer support and better fitting gloves.
My wonderful wife frequently uses a mandolin in the kitchen. Sometimes, I believe she thinks she's on Top Chef or chopped. When she gets into julienning, I'm just waiting with car keys in hand to take her to the ER.
So, as a proactive measure, I purchased these. They are quite comfortable. They stretch with excellent elasticity. She loves them and I feel more comfortable that she is wearing something that can protect her. She has used these gloves dozens of times. Not a single issue and she has washed them with the kitchen towels. No problem.
For those who wrote that the glove got cut and you were disappointed. What if you weren't wearing the glove? It's cut "resistant".
For about $10, it's a great safety tool for the kitchen.
Oh, and I'm not a bot, not a paid person to rave, I'm a reg gal who just loves to cook. So there. ;-)
They are so light and thin, with a completely snug, yet not constricting fit - I can even type with them. I worried they may not be as cut-resistant as they claimed - but they have proved to be as good or better than all the others at stopping very sharp edge tools. The knit is very tight, so I don't see skin like I do through others, so it even helps to minimize those unpreventable fine punctures, like with the point of a slipped skew. They will last longer than any other carving gloves I've tried to date, but another bonus from their lack of bulk is that I can wear a leather finger guard (and it's still less bulky than some), so they'll probably last several times as long as others have. Even the inevitable fraying is less than on others.
I'll attach a couple pictures - you can see a little fraying just starting - but not bad, compared to others that would have very severe fraying and holes by now. Oh - and my usual glove size is women's 7.5.
First impression: I was impressed by how flexible this glove was and how well it fit my small-medium hand. But at the same time I was worried about its performance, so I tested it out.
For the record, I have a razor sharp new kitchen knife, so when i made the first pass thru on the pinkie on one of the gloves, it nicked a little hole. I was not happy about that, because if I was using the same amount of force dicing veggies it would've cut my pinkie right thru.
The second one held up though, and the palms never failed to stop the blade
So what I decided was to use both gloves on my non-knife hand, since I don't need protection on the hand holding the knife.
It is comfortable and flexible enough to double layer it, and it would theoretically give me twice the protection. It helps that both gloves are ambidextrous too.
It does get wet because it is fabric, but It is easily washable, which is nice. So if you're buying these for the same purpose as I am, I suggest double-layering it on your non-knife hand.
Revised review: 3-14-17, NoCry sent me a pair of x-large gloves, free, recieved today, and they do fit my hands correctly. They seem well made, but I admit to continued apprehension for the next time I use my shredder; caution is necessary. NoCry told me to keep the Large pair, and maybe give them away to someone else. Very nice of them, & appreciated!
