Stans is the way to go! This quickly seals my tire and keeps me on the trail. I ride a particular trail with a lot of goat heads. When I am speeding down it I can hear tons of little spurts of air that immediately fill and seal. I have never gone flat even in these conditions. The only brand for me.

First time with tubeless. There were several options to choose from for the sealant. I know many folks that use Stan's. I hung both wheels with the tire open just a little to pour 4 oz (29x2.3 tires) per tire. After pouring the 4 oz into each tire I slowly rotated them enough to finish installing tire on to the rim. (keep the rims hanging while you do all this or you will have a mess I think) Luckily I own an air compressor or I would have had to go find one. While pumping with air I massaged the bead and bang, the bead finally caught and popped into place! Grabbed tires, shook the Stan's sealant around and have not had so much as a slow leak. Impressive! Amazing how much lighter my wheels are without all the tubes and Slime. Pretty cool! Wish I would have done this a while ago.

Update: Just had my first flat. Nearly a quarter inch puncture right smack dab in the middle of my brand new Nobby Nic. White sealant all over me, my bike, the guy behind me......... Argh! Anyway, stopped right away and put the punctured down to let Stan's plug it up. No such luck. Tubed it to finish the ride. Went home and saw online about using glitter. Went to Walmart, bought a 12 pack of glitter packets. Took out the tube, cleaned everything up, and started over with 4oz Stan's and one packet of glitter. Sealed in about two seconds. The glitter really worked. Very cool. Since the puncture is pretty large, a test run will either reopen the puncture or it will remain sealed. If it doesn't remain sealed, I will be back on here to let everyone know. Heck, for $2, I figure I can be the guinea pig, and let everyone know if the glitter/Stan's combo really works, even on the trails, for large punctures. Wish me luck!

Haven't had a flat on my MTB since going tubeless and running Stan's. I know it works because I recently mounted a new set of tires on my rig and one of them had tons of bubbles forming in the soapy water I had sprayed on the bead and sidewalls when mounting. One of the holes was excessive, but it sealed right up with some agitation. I've now put over 50 miles on that tire with no issues. Just remember, if you hear air leaking, keep pedaling. That's how you seal the leak.

I use this in all my aired tires, my bikes, kids bikes, strollers, wheel barrows, hand trucks etc, all mostly with tubes installed. Lots of goat heads in my area and this product saves me every time. Don't waste time and money fixing or replacing tubes, use Stans.

I've tried many of the different tire sealants. I went to UST on my mtn bike when they very first came out, and my road bike is tubeless now too. This stuff is the best. It dries up pretty quickly here in the southwest desert, I need to add a fresh squirt about every 2 months.

First time going tubeless and I'll never go back. This stuff works like a charm. It's pretty simple to use and does every thing it claims. I wish I switched sooner.

Works as advertised. Be sure your rims are taped properly. I had some road rims that were "tubeless ready." However, they came with normal rims strips that did not seal the inner spoke area. I purchased stan's rim tape. Removed the old rim strip by cutting it off. Then I used the stan's tape to securely seal the rim, only overlapping 1 inch of the tape. I'm pretty sure after that the rim could hold pressure without the stan's liquid sealant. Obviously you don't want to run without some stan's in case of puncture.

As a side note Specialized 2bliss rims for mtbs are already sealed properly and don't need stan's rim tape.

Used this sealant for my first conversion to tubeless and it was super quick and easy. I've been riding with this sealant for 6 months with no flats or issues. Great product.
