So the first day(1/24@ 172lbs) I took 1 pill in the morning around 730am(with a big drink of water). Made the mistake of eating within the first 20min(mini bagel/creamCheese) and then ate again at 9am(boyfriend bought me egg McMuffin). I started to feel nauseous, light headed around 10am and then had to make 5 trips to the bathroom to go #2. All this happened while I was at work 😬. I drank lots of water and I stopped feeling sick around 1pm. I worked out (treadmill, bike and stair stepper) for 30min that evening. I felt real hungry when I got home after work. Monday 1/27 i take 1pill at 730am with 2 big drinks of water. I don’t eat in the am so I am drinking about 4 of my water bottles between 8am-12pm. I eat a light lunch around 1230 along with more water. No feelings of being sick. I drank about 7-8 full water bottles that day. I exercised for 45min (ran a combined total of 3miles on the treadmill, Eliptocle, bike, walked 10 floors on the stair stepper, and did a little boxing) I do not work out regularly so please dnt think I do haha. I’m out of shape so for me to do all this means the pill is working with 1/2 recommend dosage.1/28 I do the same routine pill @730am, drink water, eat around 1230, 15min squat exercise & 20min dance workout @home. I have noticed my portions have been less then what I normally eat.On 1/24 I was 172lbs and today 1/29 I weighed 169lbs :-) Not bad for only 3pills and plenty of water and average 30min workout for 3days)I will update after the first month to see the progress.Photo of water bottle I have been using to show how much water I’m drinking. Not use of how many ounces it is as it was a Xmas gift from my daughter.
